my bottles the detergent is more amber color than I remember the past formulas, I only use to the 1 mark and my clothes are all ruined. I tried scrubbing stains out and doing several washes, even vinegar washes. It's like someone put epoxy on my clothes. I also noticed in one of the bottles some white globs as if the formula isn't stable. While the other bottle doesn't seem to have this it still left stains on my clothes.

Growing up Tide Free was the only laundry soap allowed. My Dad broke out from everything, even the residue of other laundry soaps used in our washer. Out on my own now I introduced Tide Free to my housemate. His psoriasis has improved and Tide Free is the only laundry soap allowed in our washer! What a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to receive this Free and Gentle Tide liquid detergent. Tide is my favorite liquid detergent but I had never used the free and gentle. It is great for sensitive skin or young toddlers. The detergent is scent free, suds well, and cleans clothes. Love it.

The ingredients on the bottle do not match the ingredients online at the SmartLabel webpage. Notably, the bottle does Not contain Borax (Sodium Borate) and the bottle does contain the addition of sodium lauryl sulfate. I feel as though these are important ingredients that should be correctly listed. There are a few other ingredients that do not match up as well. Overall I'm disappointed with the cleaning power of this detergent. My kids are hard on their clothes. Food and dirt stains abound. This detergent very rarely gets all of the food stains out of my kids clothes.

With other detergents, particularly with the dyed and scented ones, I broke out like crazy! I’m talking about rashes and hives all over my body. With this detergent, it effectively cleans clothes and also whites without the use of bleach, and doesn’t bother my skin. Although my clothes aren’t fragrant coming out the dryers with this detergent, they’re still fresh and clean-smelling.

I am covered from head to toe with a terrible skin rash. Waking up in the middle of the night scratching myself raw. My skin is torn to bits. I’ve been keeping a food diary for weeks, have undergone expensive allergy tests only to find out that I have no new allergies, but Tide has changed their formula without any warning. I’ve been using Tide my entire life. This is more than an upset. It’s an outrage.

as a person with sentive skin and a new mom i lvoe this version of tide. i dont need to worry about my skin reacting to anything or my babies skin - it also means i do not need to do laundry in different laods for different family memebers. it is a great price for whole family use

My daughter also got a rash all over her whole body from this product. We have used the regular Tide for years but you keep changing the names to Total care and free of dyes and perfumes. My husband had sensative skin so I thought the dyes and perfumes free would be better than the total care. Well my husband did not break out but by daughter did. I guess we will try the total care. Unfortunately for me I baught 2 100 oz bottles. I guess I will give them to someone who can use them. It's really hard to just find Tide regular. It worked so well for us.

I started using Tide Free about 10 or so years ago when my oldest son had allergies to soaps. Once I switched to Tide Free he did not have any more problems and the clothes were even cleaner. Its the only detergent I use even though my son is now an adult. Great Product and would recommend to anyone.
