[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator about a month ago to replace a model from 2017 (another brand) that stopped making ice altogether. We chose this model for it's height (73"), appearance, and ice producing capabilities. The ice is incredible. Two sizes and always plenty of it. I have a family of five and we live in the desert, but i am confident this machine will keep up with us. Also, the beverage center with the pitcher has been awesome for filling up large water bottles quickly.

this is a counter depth fridge which, it implies it should not extend in front of the counter. as per manual, the required width of the opening for this fridge is 35 7/8. however, the doors require at least additional 6 inches of width due to the door/hinge design. therefore, the only way to open doors is to pull the fridge out of its space in front of the counter by about 6 inches. this is really contrary to the very idea of counter depth!!!!! i can only hope there will be sufficient feedback from customers for samsung to come up with alternative hinge design to allow existing door to open without requiring extra space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator during the Black Friday sale and absolutely love it! It has tons of space and looks great. The dual ice feature is is a nice bonus and I love the water pitcher inside of the door. Would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm about 8 months into ownership of my bespoke fridge and I truly couldn't be happier. I love the drink station, the 4 doors, the space available in the fridge itself, and the 2 ice varieties. It has been trouble free so far and I literally say to myself, "dang, I love this fridge" everything I open it. Sounds wierd but it's true.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The customizable door material and color options for this refrigerator are vast, but we finally settled on the light blue glass door panels. The most convenient option on the refrigerator is the "Beverage Center", which allows easy access to a self-contained water pitcher (included with the refrigerator), several shelves for drinks/snacks/medications/etc, and a chilled filter water spigot. The pitcher self fills (option can be turned off too) with filtered water, so it is always full and ready to pour refreshingly cold water. The pitcher can also be used to make iced tea or powdered water-based drinks. Once the refrigerator was installed we felt compelled to modernize the appearance of our 20-year-old kitchen with new cabinet/drawer handles and a marble countertop with a full ceramic backsplash, but the work is still occurring so there are no before/after pictures at the time I am writing this review, but will try and come back to add them once the work is completed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator! The sleek design with built in handles looks great in our newly repainted kitchen. Some of my favorite features include: A "Beverage Center" with internal dispenser, because I don't like the unsightly look of exterior door dispensers, which are harder to keep clean, and children away from them. The beverage center also includes an AutoFill Infused Water Pitcher, which convenience has enhanced our lives, and has us enjoying a great deal of more water every day! Another great feature is the Dual Auto Ice Maker with Ice Bites. The larger ice cubes are actually cubed shaped which I prefer over the standard half moon shaped ones. The bite ice is great. My kids love it. I just want to be very clear that this bite ice is a smaller version of the other cubed ice, and it isn't the soft ice that you might be thinking of that comes from a certain fast food chain. The FlexZone is perfect for my needs where I can adjust the temperature of that area based on my needs and what I have to put into that location at any particular time. It has Wi-Fi Connectivity to check and adjust the settings. Another great feature is that you can choose from several different Custom Door Panels to suit your decoration style. Stay tuned for more details to follow, but for starters, I do highly suggest that future buyers note the measurements and understand that there needs to be about a four inch clearance for doors to open. The only inconvenience that we've had so far is that our door panels apparently had a manufacturing flaw, and there are "bubbles" like you see with contact paper beneath the glass which tops the four door panels. Samsung has new panels on their way to us, and the flaw affects the aesthetics and not the function of the unit. I will update as soon as we receive the new flawless door panels, and our experience receiving them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look of this refrigerator! The interior light is bright but easy on the eyes. I selected the matte grey glass. While it does clean easily I don't find it to be fingerprint resistant. This refrigerator is extremely spacious. We added clear bins to the bottom shelf for cheese and deli meats as there is no drawer for this which is a disappointment. We love the beverage center door and auto fill water pitcher. The freezer shelves pull out for easy access allowing you to use the full depth of the shelves without losing things in the back! The ice maker produces two sizes of cubes conveniently in the top bin. I have not yet used the Smart things app as I don't see a need to frequently monitor a refrigerator temperature. We do use the app for our Samsung range all the time so we may find it useful in the future. I have not changed the flex zone yet but anticipate this to be useful at holiday time when prepping for large meals. It's only been a few weeks but so far I am happy with this purchase and would recommend this product.

Let me tell you, this refrigerator is awsome, from the clean look, to the size and the way you canbchange the freezer to be a refrigerator. All my appliances are Samsung and so far, i wouldn't change to any other brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my refrigerator for a little over 2 months. It is performing nearly perfect. I love how bright the interior is lighted, the stainless steel is easy too clean, I like not having handles. The freezor is larger than I expected. I use both lower sections on freeze. The only thing I am not happy with are the ice baskets. The cubes freeze together and have to be broken apart or dumped and start over frequently. Over all I am pleased with my new refrigerator.
