I prefer to have the ice drawers concealed and ready to scoop when I need ice. My guests seemed to be impressed by this design. No cons to date!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our 10-year-old Samsung fridge finally died, we were hesitant to buy another Samsung because getting our old one serviced was so difficult. After a while, new components were scarce, and even water filters were difficult to come by. I couldn't help but notice how lovely this refrigerator is. I performed my homework, watched it expand in the Asian market, and decided it was worth a shot. This beautiful refrigerator makes a statement in the kitchen because to its elegant design, which avoids the bulbous appearance of other refrigerators on the market. We were relieved to get rid of the drawer freezer and replace it with a four-door one. We haven't had to change out the flex section because it's now being used as a deli fridge. There is no longer an ice maker in the refrigerator; it has been moved to the freezer, where it belongs, freeing up refrigerator space. Cubes and nuggets are the two sizes available. Note that ice nuggets are not chewable like sonic ice, but they are large enough to cool your liquid quickly. We're still attempting to figure out how to collect ice without spilling any. The autofill pitcher with a diffuser is another feature we like. We use it to make infused water on occasion. This feature is a nice addition because I used to keep a pitcher of water in my old fridge so that chilled water was always available. When I bought this fridge there were only colors available. When I'm ready, I would love to switch out the panels to different designs if they ever come available. We have Samsung phones, so syncing it with the SmartThings app was easy. Definitely worth the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge six months ago so I have gotten a really good feel for it’s quality & functionality by now. I am a foodie & the main cook & grocery shopper in my house so a great quality fridge is simply necessity for me. The first thing that caught my attention was obviously the gorgeous glass exterior. It is a stunningly beautiful, modern & unique looking fridge but as I examined the floor model in person I fell in love with the interior as well. I love the auto refill water pitcher. Used heavily by the whole family. I rarely buy water bottles anymore. It also has a water dispenser which I love for my five year old who can easily serve himself water without my help. I love how both of these features are on the inside of the fridge as opposed to the outside giving it a clean sleek look. On to the freezer… I didn’t think I’d love scooping out the ice from the little bins but now I actually prefer it because when we have company I can just pull the whole container out & there’s a bunch of ice ready to go. No need to stand there & noisily fill every cup at a traditional ice dispenser. I love the two different size ice cubes. Perhaps a bit extra but I personally love options! Next & probably our favorite & the thing our guests are always impressed with is that we use the bottom right portion as an mini fridge/adult beverage space. Another thing I love is how easy it is to clean. I’ve cleaned many fridges & this has been the only one I actually enjoy cleaning. No inaccessible cracks or nooks. Everything is easy to remove & wash. The glass cleans easily with regular glass cleaner or warm water & Dawn dish liquid. A couple things to note: make sure you check & wash the water pitcher frequently because ours has grown small bits of mildew if we don’t wash it often. The pitcher is very easy to take apart, wash & put back together. Also, the pitcher will not fill with water if you don’t put it precisely in place. Happens a several times a week especially because how heavily we use it. This fridge will beep if the door is not closed properly. Only annoying when you clean the fridge. It will alarm several times. I recommend downloading the app to alert your phone so your food doesn’t go bad. To conclude, sometimes you buy a product & when you use it you wonder if the people who created it actually tested it in real work environments but I feel like THIS product was actually used & tested because it just works & flows as a whole & any kinks have already been caught & fixed before it gets to the consumer. It’s well made. Well put together. Functional. Looks beautiful in my home. Guests always compliment & want to to more about it. Super happy over all with my refrigerator!

With no handles and squared edges and ability to pick colors makes it sleek and helps it to blend with my cabinet colors . Built in beverage center eliminates the need to buy another refrigerator. Inside Water pitcher eliminates the stains of water leaks. I absolutely admire the design of Bespoke and would definitely recommend . But be mindful of the height of the fridge and do measure before buying .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Samsung refrigerator. For a counter depth model, this fridge has tons of space. It is such a pleasure to use and allows me the ability to easily organize everything which is a blessing with 2 teenagers. I previously had a single drawer freezer which was always a mess but this fridge with its side by side freezer sections is so much better and the flex zone, which we use as a freezer, is great to have in case I need more fridge space for the holidays. The icing on the cake is the autofill pitcher. I didn’t realize how much I would love this. I use it to fill my water glass, the coffee maker, the dog’s water bowls, and pretty much anything else that requires water. It is extremely convenient and so much faster than the built in water dispenser. There’s also the beverage center and the 2 types of ice in the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went from a smart fridge with a screen to this, and wondered if we would miss some of those connected/media features. But the reality is, we have so many devices around our house and in our hands, that it's nice for our fridge to just be a fridge again. Not sure if it was our contractor's fault or what, but the photos online make it look like this fridge can truly fit in flush with your cabinets, but they way it opens really makes that impossible. Not sure if other people have solved that, but that's the only bummer that it sticks out a bit when we really wanted it to be flush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bespoke refrigerator was a great addition to our kitchen. We modern design fits right in with our style. There are a few things I love about the refrigerator and a few things I would change. What we like: -The flex zone, allows you to choose what temperature works best for your household. We have a garage freezer so limited freezer space was not an issue for us. -the beverage zone. I love that it is hidden inside the door. No spillage marks down the front of the fridge. The pitcher is a great touch. -Counter depth. We love that it doesn’t stick out as much and makes the kitchen feel bigger. -Large refrigerator area. For being counter depth, there is plenty of space in the refrigeration area. -The ice bites. Mini ice cubes are perfect to fit in any container you want including water bottles, a great addition. Things I would change: -The Smartthings app. It does not serve a big purpose. The only thing I would use it for would be to change the temp of the flex zone but I can easily do that on the fridge itself. It’s one of those apps that will be the first to go when you need space. -The ice trays. I love the idea of them and the scoop is great but they spill ice every time you try to take some. We have had the refrigerator a few days and I can only imagine how much ice is hiding under the freezer drawer by now. Overall, it’s a great refrigerator. I’m really happy with my purchase and I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit, my previous refrigerator was working fine, so I had no need for a new fridge. However, when I saw this one with all its features, I convinced myself that my old fridge wasn't good enough anymore. My very favorite feature is the beverage center with the self-filling pitcher. I know that a self-filling pitcher seems minor, but it is a GAME CHANGER. I also love the two kinds of ice it makes, and the ice scoop is a very cute touch. The sections make it easy to stay organized and there is a lot of room! My former refrigerator was jam packed, but once I moved everything to this one, I would say I am using about 70% of capacity? I have not utilized the Smart Things App too much, but my partner has, and she mentions she enjoys it a lot because she can adjust the settings from anywhere. For example, being able to adjust the light inside the fridge maybe isn't the most necessary feature for us, but it is fun. I haven't noticed any fingerprints on the outside since we got the fridge, so clearly the fingerprint-resistant steel is working!

From the aesthetic panels to the auto-fill water pitcher to the WiFi connectivity, this fridge has it all. I'm so glad I bought this fridge, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone else considering getting a new fridge. The auto-fill water pitcher is my favorite feature so far. I have. a family of six, so we go through water very quickly. Usually we'll have a line by the fridge of people waiting to use the water dispenser. Or, one of us has to fill up a jug to take tot he table with us. Samsung has answered our problems with this fridge. Now with only a few seconds of waiting, my family can get a full jug of water that hydrates a growing group of rascals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for 2 weeks, and I am obsessed with it! It looks terrific, and I love that the glass doors can so easily be cleaned. The internal design is well thought out, well organized, and roomy. Before purchase, I wondered which was a better option: a drawer freezer vs a doored freezer, and I am so happy to have gone with the door, since it enables excellent organization and it looks so symmetrical and sleek. I also love the beverage center and the ice maker. So far, everything is working very well, and the fridge is quiet. One of the best purchases I have ever made!!! Just need to rebuild the surrounding cabinetry!
