[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 4 door flex Besoke. I use the flex door for my drinks, which I have set to keep them extra cold. I also like the pitcher that I can infuse my water. If someone forgets and leaves the door open, it sends a notification to my phone. Thru the app you can also change the temperature without having to open the refrigerator door to do this. I can’t wait to order extra panels so in the spring I can change the color.

The refrigerator has a dedicated Beverage Zone.  It is like a refrigerator inside of your refrigerator and happens to be my favorite feature of this appliance.  You can quickly access filtered water in two ways. There is a water dispenser and a pitcher that automatically fills.  The pitcher even has a basket that you can use if you prefer infused drinks. 
 
My next favorite feature is the dual ice maker.  The ice maker makes two types of ice.  One is cubed and the other is bite-sized.  They are stored in the freezer in separate bins that automatically fill.  There is also a feature in the Smart Things app that has it make ice faster.  This is perfect for parties. In the app, you can even tell it not to make ice at night so that you don’t hear any noise when ice is made.
 This refrigerator has one door with a flex zone. That particular compartment can be set as a freezer or as a refrigerator. The app allows you to use settings, such as freeze, soft freeze, meat/fish, fruit/veggies, or beverage.  
The Bespoke series or refrigerators allows you the opportunity to express your style. You can purchase various  door panels to match your kitchen decor or create a bold contrast. Choose from multiple colors and finishes to make your refrigerator truly your own.

It is super easy to install and makes ice quickly!        

The SmartThings app is great for maintenance notifications like filter life and internal temp. The size of it is perfect for a small family. Lots of storage and I love the beverage center.            

It does easily scratch however. The dual ice makers are great as well!

Perfect size fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved and needed to update our 7+ year old refrigerator and I am so happy with the Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator. I feel the four doors make it feel very spacious. My favorite feature is the Beverage Center, I love that we don’t need to open the entire refrigerator to grab a drink. I love how it helps keep our beverages organized. I really love having both the pitcher of filtered water and the push button to dispense filtered water. 
I was really happy to see the two ice sizes, I feel ice can make a drink better. I love that the smaller  ice easily fits in water bottles. 
I love the SmartThingsApp it was easy to download and easy to use. It is nice to be able to adjust my refrigerator right from my phone. 
Another feature I was impressed with is the Flex Zone in the freezer, it will be a nice option to have during the holidays. We all need more refrigerator space during the holidays. 
Another feature I was really happy about in the freezer is the shelves that pull out, I feel this will help keep our freezer stay organized and will help prevent things from being buried and lost in the freezer. 
I like the UV Deodorizer Light Filter to help keep my refrigerator smelling fresh and especially love that I don’t have to change that filter. 
I am really excited to put the fingerprint resistant stainless steel to the test especially with four sons, this is a must have. 
The Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator fit so nicely in our space! Every time I walk in the kitchen it brings a smile to my face.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now had the Samsung Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door Flex 23 cu. ft. Refrigerator with Beverage Center (RF23DB9600QL) for a few weeks and have fallen in love with how spacious this fridge is. 

My favorite features are:
-I am able to store my groceries in set drawers/shelves without worrying about expedient spoilage. 
-Larger sized items from big department stores can sit without me worrying about doors closing. 
-Auto fill water pitcher is convenience and a fun way to get excited about daily water consumption. I also love that the water spout is concealed on the interior of the fridge
-Multiple ice options in one machine 
-Option to change bottom right into fridge or freezer
-Easy to clean stainless steel fridge doors

Great Fridge for Small Kitchen

The ice maker stopped working after about 2 years. There are chips and craps in the ice tray and doors. It also dents easily. I have tried finding panels to replace them but they are either out of stock or one available when I need two.

Ice maker issues along with everyone else

This refrigerator has been standing in my kitchen for almost 2 years without any panels. I have checked the website over and over looking for availability of the colored panels I was promised when I purchased it. Now I find out all the colors have been discontinued with the exception of a limited few. What a scam. So now I will be forced to choose white or stainless which I could have had in any frig on the market back then. It's unfortunate that Samsung has put so much money into marketing the Bespoke line and not into the actual product they sold.

No Panels!!!

The front lower part of the fridge (frame surrounding the 2 compartments) is so hot that you can’t touch it longer than 1-2 seconds for fear of burns. I’ve never experienced this before and consider it a safety hazard, particularly, with my younger grandchildren. It also impacts the ability of the freezer side to produce ice. I have to keep a cooler in the kitchen just to have any ice. Other dw I had kept breaking and I had to always wait on parts. Only 3 years old. I got rid of it and purchased a different brand. I’ve had nothing but problems with all of my Samsung appliances. What a huge disappointment. I guess my stove will be next.

Worst appliance I’ve purchased along with the dw

My samsung bespoke refrigerator broke only after 2 years of usage. Diagnosis says compressor kit and main board needs replacement. These are the heart of the refrigerator. I heard the compressor is in back order so no chance this will be fixed anytime soon.
The inverter compressor is in 10 year warranty so I hope you give me the attention i need. This is so frustrating , I had so much hope on this ref.

Samsung Bespoke broke after 2 years

Ice cube tray.... Is it the beginning of the end? We spent a lot of money to have water just pouring into the ice cube container, not the tray!
