Good experience
Really like the way Samsung felt with the rebate. We had had the previous refrigerator for 4 1/2 years then two compressors went out in a couple of days. We purchased another Samsung and they refunded the full purchase price of the original refrigerator.
I loved the flex zone. I have a deep freezer so another freezer wasn't a big deal. Yes the ice maker froze up and that's a Samsung thing. We had them replace it with no problem, warranty covered it. My problem was the warranty service when we had a freon leak. It took daily calls and, I'm not kidding, 3 months without the fridge to finally get it fixed. BTW, 10 year warranty on the compressor system. Our fridge was warmer than our house. We were just lucky we had an extra fridge to put our stuff in while I dug my heels in and fought this battle. We got ours at Lowe's but it wasn't their fault that Samsung has the worst customer service when it comes to appliances. I do like their electronics, though. I did love the flex zone.

Worst fridge we bought
We bought same model of this Samsung 4 door flex fridge last 2017. After 3 years they replaced the ice maker. Then after 5 years some door shelves cracked under normal usage and now water is pooling ubder the deli and vegetables drawer. Not recommended.

Ice maker issues along with everyone else
The ice maker stopped working after about 2 years. There are chips and craps in the ice tray and doors. It also dents easily. I have tried finding panels to replace them but they are either out of stock or one available when I need two.

Includes Famous Faulty Samsung Ice Maker
Bought this refrigerator a couple of years ago for the wide selection of swappable colors. Was sad to learn there are no longer unique colors such as yellow and green panels to purchase. In addition, as with all Samsung ice makers, the ice maker is junk. The tray cracked on from normal usage so water leaks and freezes the ice holder solid. You make think no issue, I will just order another tray. Unfortunately, as I am sure Samsung realizes, replacing their ice machines is an additional revenue stream. They do not sell just the ice tray and you have to replace the whole ice maker. This also demonstrates their commitment to the environment and well as their build quality.

Stay away!
I would not purchase this fridge. My icemakers both went out within a year, and at 3 1/2 years my whole fridge stopped working. I will have to pay for a service tech to come out and they said it might not be covered. Go with a different brand.

Think twice before buying Samsung appliances.
HORRIBLE fridge. Died after just two years. Do not buy this product. Samsung should not be in the appliance game and their warranty of 12 months sucks.

Do not recommend
I’m confirming the other reviews talking about the ice maker going out. About 7 months after owning it, one of the section stopped freezing all together. Now 12 months into owning it the ice maker stopped making ice, the came out to fix and 3 days later the entire unite stopped working. Everything had to be thrown out.

Samsung Bespoke broke after 2 years
My samsung bespoke refrigerator broke only after 2 years of usage. Diagnosis says compressor kit and main board needs replacement. These are the heart of the refrigerator. I heard the compressor is in back order so no chance this will be fixed anytime soon. The inverter compressor is in 10 year warranty so I hope you give me the attention i need. This is so frustrating , I had so much hope on this ref.

Be very cautious!
Be very careful - Samsung knows there are issues with this product and the ice maker. Purchased and ice maker froze and poured water ruining hardwood floor. Owned for just over a year. Called Samsung and they claimed it’s not their issue. Had to file homeowners claim- and after reading online this is a well known issue. Confirmed by multiple repair companies who have worked on our fridge. This should be illegal- will not purchase Samsung again!!
