I totally love my new fridge, matches the new kitchen perfectly with the doors. Love the two doors for the freezer, where I do not have to dig to the bottom of the drawer to find what I want. The beverage center is the most used part of the fridge, easy access to drinks and water. Love ❤️ it

The ice maker stopped working after about 2 years. There are chips and craps in the ice tray and doors. It also dents easily. I have tried finding panels to replace them but they are either out of stock or one available when I need two.

This Samsung refrigerator is great with no handles on the outside that stick out. No water or ice dispenser to collect dust. The four doors make it easy to get to what you need and adjust the temperature for specific areas with lots of storage. The large shelves are wide & deep to hold almost anything because the ice dispenser is below the fridge & the ice trays with 2 different types of cubes & a scoop is easer to use to prevent splashing from a dispenser that gets clogged. The pitcher is easy to get to in the half door & the water fill is tall enough for pitchers & Yeti's. You can also control the fridge settings with the phone in the Samsung SmartThings app. We love it.

We've had this refrigerator for a year, and the ice maker is an absolute disaster. It freezes up nonstop, refuses to make ice, and when it does manage to spit out a few cubes, pulling out the tray triggers a full‑blown ice avalanche because it can't even detect the tray is missing. For the price we paid, this is infuriating. I shouldn't have to buy a separate ice maker because this overpriced hunk of junk can't perform the one basic job it was designed to do. Total failure of a product.

Just like many that have posted about this issue, the mini chunk ice maker leaks water into the ice holder and it freezes and becomes one solid chunk of frozen ice. I have not seen Samsung offer any type of solution for this and every time i call in, i am give the run around on the issue and the fix. Samsung what type of help can you offer for this issue. Its very common as you can read but i havee not seen where you have helped with a solution

This refrigerator failed at its most basic function: keeping food cold. From the day it was delivered, the cooling system was inadequate, and our food began spoiling almost immediately. We had to throw away a full refrigerator's worth of groceries because the unit simply could not maintain a safe temperature. For an appliance in this price range, a fundamental cooling failure right out of the box is unacceptable. We are still dealing with the fallout from this defective unit's replacement process almost a year later, which has only added to how disappointing this purchase turned out to be. I cannot recommend this refrigerator and would think twice before buying another Samsung appliance after this experience.

Bought this refrigerator a couple of years ago for the wide selection of swappable colors. Was sad to learn there are no longer unique colors such as yellow and green panels to purchase. In addition, as with all Samsung ice makers, the ice maker is junk. The tray cracked on from normal usage so water leaks and freezes the ice holder solid. You make think no issue, I will just order another tray. Unfortunately, as I am sure Samsung realizes, replacing their ice machines is an additional revenue stream. They do not sell just the ice tray and you have to replace the whole ice maker. This also demonstrates their commitment to the environment and well as their build quality.

Use the water dispenser and auto fill pitcher constantly, great feature!

We bought same model of this Samsung 4 door flex fridge last 2017. After 3 years they replaced the ice maker. Then after 5 years some door shelves cracked under normal usage and now water is pooling ubder the deli and vegetables drawer. Not recommended.
