Be very cautious!
Be very careful - Samsung knows there are issues with this product and the ice maker. Purchased and ice maker froze and poured water ruining hardwood floor. Owned for just over a year. Called Samsung and they claimed it’s not their issue. Had to file homeowners claim- and after reading online this is a well known issue. Confirmed by multiple repair companies who have worked on our fridge. This should be illegal- will not purchase Samsung again!!

Ice Bites and Cubes are not worth it
Love the design and layout of unit. The ice makers however are awful. The constantly dispense broken ice, cubes and bites - we have removed, defrosted, cleaned and reset multiple times. Issue keeps occurring. The water tubes to the trays are not iced over and are clear - water sometimes spills out of trays and then ices up the drawer and trays. Super frustrating design and to deal with.

Samsung Bespoke broke after 2 years
My samsung bespoke refrigerator broke only after 2 years of usage. Diagnosis says compressor kit and main board needs replacement. These are the heart of the refrigerator. I heard the compressor is in back order so no chance this will be fixed anytime soon. The inverter compressor is in 10 year warranty so I hope you give me the attention i need. This is so frustrating , I had so much hope on this ref.

Do not recommend
I’m confirming the other reviews talking about the ice maker going out. About 7 months after owning it, one of the section stopped freezing all together. Now 12 months into owning it the ice maker stopped making ice, the came out to fix and 3 days later the entire unite stopped working. Everything had to be thrown out.

Worst appliance I’ve purchased along with the dw
The front lower part of the fridge (frame surrounding the 2 compartments) is so hot that you can’t touch it longer than 1-2 seconds for fear of burns. I’ve never experienced this before and consider it a safety hazard, particularly, with my younger grandchildren. It also impacts the ability of the freezer side to produce ice. I have to keep a cooler in the kitchen just to have any ice. Other dw I had kept breaking and I had to always wait on parts. Only 3 years old. I got rid of it and purchased a different brand. I’ve had nothing but problems with all of my Samsung appliances. What a huge disappointment. I guess my stove will be next.

Great at first but doesn't last
I loved this fridge when I bought it for all of the features. However, it died before it was four years old. We went 3 weeks without a fridge while Samsung sent the tech guy out to try and fix it 3 times to no avail. After 3 weeks without a fridge we had to go and buy a new fridge. Sadly, we wanted the features of this fridge but went with a non Samsung for reliability.

Great for the 2 years it worked
There are so many things we really like about this fridge. We love the beverage center and the built in water pitcher for filtered water. We love that the 4th compartment can be used for fruits and vegetables since we don't need a large freezer but do need more refrigerator space. HOWEVER, the mini ice cube maker in our fridge never worked - it caused the freezer to ice over every time we turned it on, so we leave it off (not a big deal for us). Then, 2 1/2 years after purchase, there was ice buildup that blocked the refrigerator fan and caused the refrigerator section to stop cooling. Bottom line - it's a well thought out refrigerator with great features but HORRIBLE engineering.

Ice cube tray.... Is it the beginning of the end? We spent a lot of money to have water just pouring into the ice cube container, not the tray!

DO NOT BUY. This poorly made fridge lasted 14 months. It has been an AWFUL experience with Samsung to get it replaced. You can’t get in touch with anyone and then you’re on hold for 30 mins when you do. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again.
