Wanted a white refrigerator to match current kitchen appliances but could only find lower end refrigerators in that color. The Bespoke offered the choice of several colors and was one of the deciding factors in buying this product. We love the white glass. Very happy with this fridge.

This fridge is absolutely beautiful and meshes so well with the design in my home. What I love about it is that I can change up the panels if I ever wanted a different theme in my kitchen. I enjoy the dual ice maker, with the wifi controls. I love that I get alerts on my TV and phone if I leave the fridge door ajar. It has been a splendid experience since receiving the Bespoke fridge. One of the most exciting appliances I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Setup was a breeze and the panels are really easy to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Bespoke now for about a month or so. At first, I was very disappointed to find that it didnt have a external ice dispenser. You would think a sophisticated refrigerator would have this of all things. But, instead it has a beverage center with a always full water pitcher with the option of infusing fruits, vegetables into the water. Also a internal water dispenser that is easily accessible. Underneath in the freezer section is your ice. You have two pull out trays, each one has a different size ice. One is a small nugget shape and the other small cubes. So yes, while it does not have that outside ice dispenser, the other things it has makes up for that loss! I like the fact that this refrigerator has pull out freezer shelves. It makes getting food out so much easier on my back! I like how bright the inside is with the LED lighting inside. You can see everything easily! Even spills and dirty areas show up clear as day! I thought this refrigerator would have tons and tons of room. But, I don't really feel like it is that much bigger than a normal size one. I find myself still having to rearrange things in it to make more room for items a lot of times. Maybe it is because the beverage center takes up a part of it. But I still feel like Im spoiled having the beverage center so I wouldnt want to get rid of that part of it! That has to be my favorite feature of the refrigerator! I am drinking much more water now! Overall, I am happy with my Bespoke. I like the modern and sleek looking outside of it. The fact that you can change the panels on it later on if you want is also a plus. Not sure how expensive that would be, but it is something I want to look into for later on down the road. It would be a easy way to fool everyone into thinking you have got a new refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this because our other samsung was not counter-depth, and wasn't a good fit for the new home. No Ice dispenser but it is nice to have 2 size of ice, they called it ice cubs, and ice bites, it is on the bottom freezer, but it also takes some space valuable space of your freezer, not a big deal with the Flex Zone on the Right Bottom door, that you can also use it as a Freezer, and the beverage center it is an easy way to have water or some fruit infusions, ready and cold for you at anytime of the day. We decided to buy another bespoke fridge, but it is a shame they are not compatible with the 4 door one. We had to change a little the kitchen layout so they are not side to side. But it works good. Glass Panels area really easy to clean.

This by far is the largest refrigerator that I’ve ever owned and I don’t think we can go back to anything smaller. We have dark cabinets and lighter granite countertops, so aesthetically, it’s very pleasing to the eye. It has a sleek and minimalist look and we love it! We have a very large family so we easily buy 5-6 juices and at least 3 gallons of milk. All of which can fit in the refrigerator, with space for much more! With our precious refrigerator, at best, I could get only 1 gallon of milk and maybe 2-3 cartons of juice. I like that I don’t have to re-arrange items so that they can fit. Everything fits effortlessly. Another feature that we love is the beverage center! It has a pitcher that allows you to diffuse tea and other items. The freezer has an option for two types of ice. Larger cubes and smaller cubes. It also comes with a scooper, so that people aren’t digging their hands in it. I think that is super convenient. The side shelving is spacious enough for all our condiments and we still have room left over. I also forgot to mention that it comes with a UV deodorizer. Such a fantastic, hygienic feature that none of our other refrigerators had. I am impressed that the bottom compartments can be used as either a refrigerator or freezer just by adjusting the dials. The only downfall of the refrigerator is that it picks up every single fingerprint, so be prepared with a soft cloth to wipe throughout the day. Especially if you have small kids or teenagers. Overall, it’s a fantastic refrigerator and definitely, money well spent!

I really appreciate the dual ice maker and the flex zone which provide us with the flexibility for extra cool storage. Moreover, the beverage center is a great motivator to drink more water. Dual ice maker with 2 different ice sizes is convenient and perfect for different type of drinks and occasions. Stainless steel finger print resistant leaves it looking new and sleek all the time. I have 3 kids and we haven't had any issues with them leaving there fingerprints on the fridge's surface. The fridge is also spacious with UV deordorizer that keeps it smelling fresh with no odor. The sliding shelves are awesome for accessibility and just so easy to use! We love our new fridge and definitely recommend it!

Just scanned the QR code and everything was connected through WiFi and could easily control the Flex Zone settings and other settings. Controlling this beast with this technology was amazing. Beverage center is a perfect place for quality anf filtered water. Product worked like a diamond. After few pitchers, the water was pristine to drink. Auto-fill pitcher is another great technology to keep the bottle filled every time and this is an amazing addition to my home. This reduces the time to wait for the water to be filled and it is readily available. Ice Maker did its magic in delivering 2 varieties of ice. Moving from a standard one to 4 door gave us plenty of room to keep things refrigerated. And Flex Zone is a plus when i don't need more items to froze. Counter depth was perfect to the kitchen as it didn't take any extra space. The stainless steel is amazing.. and it looks like a mirror... Upgrading from the app was great and it worked fine. Overall a best class Refrigerator from Samsung.
