The shelves are easily adjusted to fit your needs. The flex zone offers a section you can use as a fridge or freezer - change for a party and then change back! The beverage center is a dream - makes amazing ice! I LOVE that there is a dual ice maker with TWO different sizes of ice! The pitcher is a good feature to for refilling water bottles! It stays looking great on the outside because of the fingerprint resistance. Another cool thing is the SmartThings app - from your phone you can view the inside of the fridge, receive notifications and get updates to your fridge. Not only that, the SmartThings app can remotely control some of your fridge's functions. If your fridge isn't acting as it should, you can perform a factory reset on it as well. I couldn't love this refrigerator more than I do and it's taken me 50+ years to find it! :)

Right now I am using the meat setting and it keeps meat wonderfully. The upper refrigerator is at a great temperature for the rest of the products. I love the water pitcher and am drinking more water at home! The fingerprint resistant Blue Steele is beautiful and really finger print resistant!

A few things that I would change but overall still have five stars. When we first received the fridge our toddler didn’t realize the height of the top doors and hit his head on the sharp edge of the open door. So maybe softer edges when open. The stainless steel is definitely not fingerprint resistant by any means. We end up cleaning this fridge daily because we have kids. The different ice option is really effective in our house. It could have been a designed a little better that it didn’t overfill so then ice falls to the back. On a positive note, I gave five stars because overall it deserves it. The beverage center is my favorite component and makes grabbing a bottle of water or filling a drink so much easier. I also like that the flex zone can be changed to a fridge instead of a freezer. There’s space for everything in this fridge. The style and look is super spacious and having no handles makes it sleek. It has added a lot to our household and our kids really like it. The flex zone is their own personal space. Family approved!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our 10-year-old Samsung fridge finally died, we were hesitant to buy another Samsung because getting our old one serviced was so difficult. After a while, new components were scarce, and even water filters were difficult to come by. I couldn't help but notice how lovely this refrigerator is. I performed my homework, watched it expand in the Asian market, and decided it was worth a shot. This beautiful refrigerator makes a statement in the kitchen because to its elegant design, which avoids the bulbous appearance of other refrigerators on the market. We were relieved to get rid of the drawer freezer and replace it with a four-door one. We haven't had to change out the flex section because it's now being used as a deli fridge. There is no longer an ice maker in the refrigerator; it has been moved to the freezer, where it belongs, freeing up refrigerator space. Cubes and nuggets are the two sizes available. Note that ice nuggets are not chewable like sonic ice, but they are large enough to cool your liquid quickly. We're still attempting to figure out how to collect ice without spilling any. The autofill pitcher with a diffuser is another feature we like. We use it to make infused water on occasion. This feature is a nice addition because I used to keep a pitcher of water in my old fridge so that chilled water was always available. When I bought this fridge there were only colors available. When I'm ready, I would love to switch out the panels to different designs if they ever come available. We have Samsung phones, so syncing it with the SmartThings app was easy. Definitely worth the price!

Be very careful - Samsung knows there are issues with this product and the ice maker. Purchased and ice maker froze and poured water ruining hardwood floor. Owned for just over a year. Called Samsung and they claimed it’s not their issue. Had to file homeowners claim- and after reading online this is a well known issue. Confirmed by multiple repair companies who have worked on our fridge. This should be illegal- will not purchase Samsung again!!

Cooling seems to be consistent on all levels and we don't get any freezing in the back area's like our old unit. Ice maker works great and makes plenty of ice for the 3 of us. Once small complaint would be that there is not much room in the fridge for things that are tall like milk just and large condiment container. The top two door shelves are too short for milk jugs or coffee creamer containers. Glass panels are easy to keep clean. Probably the biggest problem is that the hinges on top are so high up that we cannot open the doors on the cabinets above the fridge all the way, but then not much stored there as it is too hard to reach so not much of an inconvenience. Overall, very nice Fridge. Freezer has no negatives. both sides work well layout wise and there is lots of room.
