[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went from a smart fridge with a screen to this, and wondered if we would miss some of those connected/media features. But the reality is, we have so many devices around our house and in our hands, that it's nice for our fridge to just be a fridge again. Not sure if it was our contractor's fault or what, but the photos online make it look like this fridge can truly fit in flush with your cabinets, but they way it opens really makes that impossible. Not sure if other people have solved that, but that's the only bummer that it sticks out a bit when we really wanted it to be flush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with my new fridge from Samsung. It’s stylish, sleek, and high tech. The four door model has the FlexZone, which can be converted to a fridge or a freezer. The stainless steel back wall makes it extra luxurious instead of a boring plastic white wall in most of the refrigerators. The beverage center is a definite plus, and I’m addicted to the auto-fill pitcher where you can make infused water. Did I tell you about the dual ice maker, you get both bite sized and standard sized ice. The stainless steel exterior is a fantastic feature to have with a toddler. I am yet to use the SmartThings app, but I’m sure it would come handy to control a few features from your phone . The interior is quite spacious for a counter depth fridge. Con: I didn’t like that I couldn’t get a plastic shelf go in easily on the left side though.

I love the multiple ice options, the in-door water pitcher beverage Center and the ability of to swap out the panels if I want something new!! The app for the Fridge is awesome too!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this BeSpoke refrigerator a little over 3 weeks ago. I ordered it with all four Grey Glass panels and they look REALLY sharp! The installation process was flawless, watching the installer attach the front panels was great, I now know what to do should my wife decide on changing the color layout of our kitchen! LOL. The fridge is about 28 cubic feet and when you open it, you see every cubic inch, there is SO much space in this fridge. I love it. There is some room for adjusting the clear class shelves which feel substantial and well-built. The multiple cooling zones are terrific in the main upper half of the fridge and I love how the lower right part of the unit can serve as an extension of the refrigerator or freezer. The icemaker took about 2-3 days to start to show significant amounts of ice and it's really cool to have the option of having regular ice or the little "bite" sized pieces. The beverage center is amazing, the pitcher with the auto-fill feature is spectacular. Once you pull out the pitcher and dispense water, when you return it and closer the "hidden" door, it fills almost instantaneously! The water dispenser is easy to handle, although sometime my boys will spray water everywhere when they get close to the top of their cups (my fault for not supervising that lol, I know!). The smart features of the fridge include adjusting the temperature in the refrigerator area, turning the icemaker on/off, and being notified when the water/UV filters need to be changed. You can also adjust the temperature of the crisper drawers to mimic the ambient temperature set in the main compartment or customize for meat/veggies. The inside panel that shows all these features is neatly tucked away on the inside right corner of the fridge. Setting up the device on my wifi was a snap through the SmartThings app on my phone. I think incorporating a UV filter for less friendly smells in the fridge is spot on! Additionally on the inside, Samsung has included bright LED lights which illuminate the inside of the fridge beautifully. Overall this beast (just mean the size) of a fridge has been worth the investment, we are SO glad we got this fridge!!! The BeSpoke Refrigerator line functions like a higher end refrigerator for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical that I would use all the functions this fridge claims to have but after using it for a couple days I'm a believer! This fridge has everything, even things you don't even think of. First off--the dual ice maker. It's a game changer. Once side makes cubed ice while the other side makes ice bites so you can choose what works best for you. The water pitcher built in to the fridge is awesome---when you take some water and replace the pitcher, it fills it right back up. It's truly worthy of the title "beverage center" because it has two different ways to get water plus holds a good amount of canned liquids to grab quickly. The one thing I was totally amazed by was the slide-in shelf. Let's say you have a big container of juice or a bog bowl where you made something for a holiday---and it doesn't fit on the bottom shelf. The shelf actually tucks part way into itself so you can fit the item in that spot--it's so simple yet awesome. I will say that I don't think the stainless steel is fingerprint resistant, but that's something I'm ok with as it is easy to clean. The SmartThings app connects seamlessly with the fridge so you can monitor the appliance directly from your phone. Additionally, the bottom right area can be used for either fridge or freezer---the FlexZone area--so you can make it be used for your specific needs. Get this fridge--you won't regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for 2 weeks, and I am obsessed with it! It looks terrific, and I love that the glass doors can so easily be cleaned. The internal design is well thought out, well organized, and roomy. Before purchase, I wondered which was a better option: a drawer freezer vs a doored freezer, and I am so happy to have gone with the door, since it enables excellent organization and it looks so symmetrical and sleek. I also love the beverage center and the ice maker. So far, everything is working very well, and the fridge is quiet. One of the best purchases I have ever made!!! Just need to rebuild the surrounding cabinetry!

on the outside its a beautiful fridge, however not as described in mechanics, and delivery process was horrific and quite frustrating. ice is not nugget ice, and it is one of the main reasons we bought it. people who delivered had no clue about the product nor how to properly assist in removal of old fridge. they were not even samsung employees.

We really like the self fill pitcher and the 2 kinds of ice it makes. My wife and daughter tell every one about this frig. Now lets see how long it lasts, our Lg only last 7 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The four door refrigerator has a sleek look and works well in our relatively new kitchen. I don’t like that fingerprints show very easily and I find I have to clean the doors much more frequently than I’d like. While you gain in aesthetics by not having door handles, you lose the ability to open and close a door without having to touch and dirty the actual doors. I particularly love the freezer. The ability to open just one side is nice. I was not aware that the flex zone could be converted to additional refrigerator space. I haven’t used it yet but look to trying it. The multiple pull out shelves and additional door bins make it very easy to organize frozen items. The refrigerator is spacious. The door bins are extra deep and can accommodate multiple half gallon milk cartons and/or bottles of juice. I do miss having the extra cold cut drawer that I had in my last refrigerator but am learning to work with the new space. The beverage center is nice and the built in pitcher is very convenient. I frequently open the beverage center door when I am trying to open the full door but expect I will get used to it with time. Overall, I think we will be very happy with this refrigerator.
