Bought yesterday, and we love the design. One thing that may turn out to be a problem is it is loud. For anyone with auditory processing differences, this can be a huge issue. My ears are ringing, and I can not stop hearing it. I want to get earplugs for the noise. We previously had an Lg , this one has less space available. Our family is downsizing so this may not be an issue.

I never knew what an important part of our house this product was until we changed what we had! I’ll go step by step with pros and cons based off my/our opinion on this! SmartThings App : I am the only one in the house with the app. It is easy to use and convenient if you need to change the flex zone or lighting/ice options. I was able to adjust what time I’d like the lighting to be dimmed at night when opening the fridge, which I think is a nice feature. Another considerate option is to not make ice at night, which isn’t very loud anyways but, I turned it on because it seems to make too much ice that the tray gets too full. You don’t need the app to change the flex zone, so in general it’s not really needed. I have young children and they like to leave our fridge open for longer than it should be and the app alerts me if this is done and also alerts me if the door is closed. The door app I’m not sure if I’d rate as a pro or con but mostly pro I suppose so it’s never accidentally left open! Capacity: Overall I have no complaint about capacity. Pro is the Flexzone’s ability to not just be a freezer. My toddler wouldn’t be able to reach the top fridge so we turned that into his own “baby fridge”. So for him this was world changing to have his own little fridge to himself. For me I’ll just change it back to a freezer if needed. Beverage Center : I think the beverage center is so snazzy and helpful! It enhances the capacity to hold more and provides more options! Dual Ice Maker : So this is more of a pro, I love that there’s two kinds of ice and ice bits are great. It does get overly full and when you scoop it out, it tends to fall in the back which a con. This should be able to be adjusted to make less ice. I don’t even want to know how much ice has already fallen behind it. Fingerprint resistant stainless: My real only con on this fridge. By having little ones this happens often. So it does sort of have less fingerprint marks but they still are prevalent. I’m hoping if we change the door panels to a different color this might be a better option. The fridge does clean up easy enough though. This isn’t a big enough deal to not recommend. A big pro in my eyes and something noticeable about this fridge is how it doesn’t have door handles, I believe that makes it look so sleek and modern. Overall love this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this fridge so far. We have fairly low water pressure to our fridge so the auto fill pitcher has been absolutely amazing. No more waiting for a slow flow, we can let the pitcher fill and not have to wait later. Not needing to open the entire fridge to access the pitcher is also a nice feature. Shelves are all in good locations and leave enough room to fit anything we need in the fridge. The only reason I would rate this a four and not a five is the ice trays. The covers meant to hold the ice scoop ended up being in the way more than they so we removed them. Without the covers less ice slides out the back of the trays, though some is still escaping. Overall not a big deal. Having a scoop for both ice options is worth a little mess at times.

on the outside its a beautiful fridge, however not as described in mechanics, and delivery process was horrific and quite frustrating. ice is not nugget ice, and it is one of the main reasons we bought it. people who delivered had no clue about the product nor how to properly assist in removal of old fridge. they were not even samsung employees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit, my previous refrigerator was working fine, so I had no need for a new fridge. However, when I saw this one with all its features, I convinced myself that my old fridge wasn't good enough anymore. My very favorite feature is the beverage center with the self-filling pitcher. I know that a self-filling pitcher seems minor, but it is a GAME CHANGER. I also love the two kinds of ice it makes, and the ice scoop is a very cute touch. The sections make it easy to stay organized and there is a lot of room! My former refrigerator was jam packed, but once I moved everything to this one, I would say I am using about 70% of capacity? I have not utilized the Smart Things App too much, but my partner has, and she mentions she enjoys it a lot because she can adjust the settings from anywhere. For example, being able to adjust the light inside the fridge maybe isn't the most necessary feature for us, but it is fun. I haven't noticed any fingerprints on the outside since we got the fridge, so clearly the fingerprint-resistant steel is working!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 4 door flex Besoke. I use the flex door for my drinks, which I have set to keep them extra cold. I also like the pitcher that I can infuse my water. If someone forgets and leaves the door open, it sends a notification to my phone. Thru the app you can also change the temperature without having to open the refrigerator door to do this. I can’t wait to order extra panels so in the spring I can change the color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first got selected I was excited that we would be able to customize our fridge and select a combo of colors that would fit our kitchen best. We got our fridge and it fits amazingly in its predecessors spot. The only issue with it is the delivery people came with only one color and we had selected two different color combinations and have yet to receive the correct ones. The fridge though in itself is amazing the four doors has always been a dream of mine. We also added the fridge to the smart things app. With the app I like being able to view how many times the door has been opened, that I can set the temperature from my phone and I also like being able to switch the settings. The beverage center has an amazing feature that we use often, the self filling water pitcher gets a-lot of use and I like that even the tiniest bit that you use you don't have to worry about refilling it yourself.I appreciate the fact that I can add a few fruits and citrus in the infuser and have it ready for me. I like the ice maker and the fact that it is in the freezer, I also like that I have a choice of Cubed and Ice Bites. I love also having the option of a flex fridge that I am able to use the lower right corner for a fridge or freezer. Not having enough room was an issue with our old fridge and we no longer have that issue with this one. I can't say enough about how amazing this fridge is.

It does show finger prints, but everything does now. Love the beverage station!! And the flex space that can be refrigerating or freezing depending on our needs is brilliant!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago with the navy glass panels and we are enjoying all of this refrigerator's features. Even though we bought the smaller 22 cf, there is plenty of room. We have the bottom right section set up as a refrigerator & keep drinks, snacks in there reachable for my 3 & 7 yo grandchildren which they think is So Cool! The water pitcher is a wonderful feature & we have had no problems with it leaking as a few reviews stated. We also like the two types of ice and the ability to shut one off if we aren't using. All in all, I would highly recommend this product for style, service & reliability.

I bought this refrigerator about 8 months ago and we love it! The design makes it relatively easy to keep the refrigerator clean. The ice maker is awesome and the ability to turn the ice on and off keeps it from being out of control and clogging up. My last fridge made like 20 ice cubes at best. This one stores quite a bit. The flex space is also super convenient, but frankly it's the design that keeps it from becoming a unidentified frozen object space.
