[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve only had our refrigerator for a few days but we are already thoroughly impressed. This by far is the largest refrigerator that I’ve ever owned and I don’t think we can go back to anything smaller. We have dark cabinets and lighter granite countertops, so aesthetically, it’s very pleasing to the eye. It has a sleek and minimalist look and we love it! We have a very large family so we easily buy 5-6 juices and at least 3 gallons of milk. All of which can fit in the refrigerator, with space for much more! With our precious refrigerator, at best, I could get only 1 gallon of milk and maybe 2-3 cartons of juice. I like that I don’t have to re-arrange items so that they can fit. Everything fits effortlessly. Another feature that we love is the beverage center! It has a pitcher that allows you to diffuse tea and other items. The freezer has an option for two types of ice. Larger cubes and smaller cubes. It also comes with a scooper, so that people aren’t digging their hands in it. I think that is super convenient. The side shelving is spacious enough for all our condiments and we still have room left over. I also forgot to mention that it comes with a UV deodorizer. Such a fantastic, hygienic feature that none of our other refrigerators had. I am impressed that the bottom compartments can be used as either a refrigerator or freezer just by adjusting the dials. The only downfall of the refrigerator is that it picks up every single fingerprint, so be prepared with a soft cloth to wipe throughout the day. Especially if you have small kids or teenagers. Overall, it’s a fantastic refrigerator and definitely, money well spent!

I love this refrigerator! It is very roomy. The self filling water pitcher saves time. I love the dual ice makers because they make 2 different sizes of ice. The freezer drawers that pull out make it so easy to find what you need. I wouldn't change a thing. We have had it almost a year and have had zero issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 4 door flex Besoke. I use the flex door for my drinks, which I have set to keep them extra cold. I also like the pitcher that I can infuse my water. If someone forgets and leaves the door open, it sends a notification to my phone. Thru the app you can also change the temperature without having to open the refrigerator door to do this. I can’t wait to order extra panels so in the spring I can change the color.

The space in the refrigerator is very large and is way more than I need, but it is great to have the added space when I need it occasionally. The look and design is amazing. I chose the color Blue and it definitely stands out in our kitchen. It is now the first thing that people notice when they come into our kitchen. I was first a little concerned about the size of the freezer, I though it might not be enough space, but now I have way more space than I need. In my last freezer, it was filled to the rim, and now I barely use 1 side completely and about a fifth part of the second freezer area. I love that the drawers in the freezer slide out because it makes storage so much easier and I can organize the food so much better. The best part of this fridge has definitely been the Dual Ice Maker! Every single person that I show it to is amazed and immediately say they want one too. The only negative review I have about this refrigerator is that although the ice maker is my favorite feature, it does take about 24 hours to completely fill the ice containers after being empty. I previously had a Samsung refrigerator and was very disappointed with it, but this refrigerator has been the best upgrade in appliances I have made.

I recently purchased the Samsung 4-Door Bespoke Flex 29 cu ft Refrigerator with high hopes for its innovative features and reliable performance. However, my experience with this appliance has been far from satisfactory, to say the least. After just one month of use, I encountered a significant issue that greatly impacted my confidence in this product. Without warning, the refrigerator began leaking water from the water filter, creating a mess in my kitchen and causing concern about potential damage to my home. In an attempt to troubleshoot the problem, I promptly turned off the refrigerator's main power source on the electric board, expecting the leak to cease. To my dismay, the water continued to flow unabated, indicating a serious malfunction beyond a simple power reset. In a state of urgency, I resorted to shutting off the emergency water shutoff valve to halt the flow of water. Even then, the situation remained dire, as I had to take the drastic measure of removing the water filter from the refrigerator to address the issue at its source. To my disbelief, upon removing the filter, I discovered an alarming amount of water – an estimated 8 to 10 gallons – had leaked from the appliance. This not only posed a significant inconvenience in terms of cleanup but also raised questions about the reliability and integrity of the refrigerator's design and components. As a consumer who invested in what was advertised as a premium appliance, I expected nothing short of top-notch quality and performance from Samsung. However, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, casting doubt on the overall durability and dependability of the 4-Door Bespoke Flex Refrigerator. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Samsung 4-Door Bespoke Flex Refrigerator based on my firsthand experience of its inability to withstand basic usage without encountering significant malfunctions. Samsung must address these reliability issues promptly to uphold its reputation for excellence in the appliance industry.

The shelves are easily adjusted to fit your needs. The flex zone offers a section you can use as a fridge or freezer - change for a party and then change back! The beverage center is a dream - makes amazing ice! I LOVE that there is a dual ice maker with TWO different sizes of ice! The pitcher is a good feature to for refilling water bottles! It stays looking great on the outside because of the fingerprint resistance. Another cool thing is the SmartThings app - from your phone you can view the inside of the fridge, receive notifications and get updates to your fridge. Not only that, the SmartThings app can remotely control some of your fridge's functions. If your fridge isn't acting as it should, you can perform a factory reset on it as well. I couldn't love this refrigerator more than I do and it's taken me 50+ years to find it! :)

Fridge makes a popping sound when turning off the compressor 2. Fridge bins in the left hand door do not fit properly in the slots 3. Ice is a pain to get out After saying all of that, I would still purchase the fridge again. It looks sleek and shiny in our kitchen. I do not know how to rectify the ice being a pain to access. It was also extremely expensive for a fridge. It has great space and seems to work efficiently (based on power drawn) and I really enjoy the water pitcher in the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well designed, we purchased the counter depth. It fits more than the old French door freezer fridge we had. Had to go purchase organizing bins for the sleek look inside. We also like the water dispenser and piture (that you can infuse w/fruits etc)?is in its own door. Never liked cleaning that spot outside the door of the old fridge. The doors do stick out 4” but the fridge itself is counter depth. Had to remove top cabinets due to door hinges. But we never used them so doesn’t bother us or our kitchen design. Pull out drawers for the bottom freezer is fantastic. I honestly can’t believe how much room inside. Recommend.
