[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have received are new refrigerator. It looks nice and modern. I like the sleek front and no handles. Kind of looks futuristic. The only issue with the refrigerator capacity is that there are only 2 drawers. However, half of the freezer can be converted to a refrigerator (FlexZone). The pull out drawers and shelves are a nice feature making it easier to keep frozen items organized. The dual ice maker works well and I like that the ice is never empty. The beverage zone is convenient. The water from the dispenser is nice and cold which is good for the Texas heat. The auto fill pitcher is great for refilling the coffee pot with filtered water. The infuser worked great and gave me some flavored water. The Smart Things App was easy to set up. I have a Samsung phone so it was already installed. I just had to scan the QR Code and Bam it was setup. I liked the recipes in the app and the notifications I get in case I leave the fridge door open. The fingerprint resistant steel is not all that resistant. On the day the fridge arrived it was already full of prints that needed to be cleaned. The user manual did not provide any instructions on how to assemble and install the drawers and shelves. It is nice that the control panel is inside the fridge but we did not know how to use it. I actually had to rely on YouTube to learn how to use the control panel. Overall it is a significant improvement over our last refrigerator. We would definitely recommend this product to anyone!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with my BeSpoke refrigerator by Samsung. I was able to customize the exterior look to my personal tastes and to match the style of my kitchen. The exterior also has a very streamlined look so it feels high-end in my option. Both doors can open at the same time for easy access to everything in the refrigerator section, great for large turkeys. The inside is super bright which was a wonderful surprise. The 2 crisper drawers allow for flexible temps depending on storing meats or veggies, keeps them fresh longer. I also love how the water filter is easy to access instead of reach to the bottom of the fridge like my old one. My only mild complaint on the fridge section would be I wish I had more flexibility to raise or lower the shelves inside. The quick access beverage center door is great for all the quick access products like juices, ketchup, etc. I like not having to fully open the doors and let out all the cold air. I was not sure I would like the beverage center water dispenser being behind the quick access door, but I can say I love it now that I have it! In addition the water dispenser I was surprised how much I use the infuser auto fill pitcher. For the freezer and flex freezer/fridge sections on the bottom are great size for all my frozen products. I love the option of turning the one section into a fridge temperature zone, which will be a life saver during the holidays. I am a HUGE fan of the two types of ice options and also the fact the ice is stored in the freezer instead of in the door of the fridge side. My only complaint with the ice is sometimes pieces fall down the back when scoping it out. This fridge has so many custom features which are easy to access via the app or inside the fridge if you wish, which is cool for the tech geek in me. Overall I love this refrigerator and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved and needed to update our 7+ year old refrigerator and I am so happy with the Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator. I feel the four doors make it feel very spacious. My favorite feature is the Beverage Center, I love that we don’t need to open the entire refrigerator to grab a drink. I love how it helps keep our beverages organized. I really love having both the pitcher of filtered water and the push button to dispense filtered water. I was really happy to see the two ice sizes, I feel ice can make a drink better. I love that the smaller ice easily fits in water bottles. I love the SmartThingsApp it was easy to download and easy to use. It is nice to be able to adjust my refrigerator right from my phone. Another feature I was impressed with is the Flex Zone in the freezer, it will be a nice option to have during the holidays. We all need more refrigerator space during the holidays. Another feature I was really happy about in the freezer is the shelves that pull out, I feel this will help keep our freezer stay organized and will help prevent things from being buried and lost in the freezer. I like the UV Deodorizer Light Filter to help keep my refrigerator smelling fresh and especially love that I don’t have to change that filter. I am really excited to put the fingerprint resistant stainless steel to the test especially with four sons, this is a must have. The Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator fit so nicely in our space! Every time I walk in the kitchen it brings a smile to my face.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for more than a month and I LOVE it! The space in the refrigerator is very large and is way more than I need, but it is great to have the added space when I need it occasionally. The look and design is amazing. I chose the color Blue and it definitely stands out in our kitchen. It is now the first thing that people notice when they come into our kitchen. I was first a little concerned about the size of the freezer, I though it might not be enough space, but now I have way more space than I need. In my last freezer, it was filled to the rim, and now I barely use 1 side completely and about a fifth part of the second freezer area. I love that the drawers in the freezer slide out because it makes storage so much easier and I can organize the food so much better. The best part of this fridge has definitely been the Dual Ice Maker! Every single person that I show it to is amazed and immediately say they want one too. The only negative review I have about this refrigerator is that although the ice maker is my favorite feature, it does take about 24 hours to completely fill the ice containers after being empty. I previously had a Samsung refrigerator and was very disappointed with it, but this refrigerator has been the best upgrade in appliances I have made.

I wanted to move the fridge a few steps out of the tiny kitchen into the adjoining dining room so I wanted it to look good. We are waiting to get all the panels we wanted but it will be worth the wait. Will look even better when a cabinet wraps it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been enjoying our Bespoke 4-Door Flex fridge for 4 months now. Beautiful inside and out. Awesome storage organization. Beverage center kills ugly front mount water and ice service. The ability to establish two bottom cabinets for either fridge or freeze is a grand slam feature. Anyone complaining about the fingerprint “free” stainless has never had not treated stainless. Wipe and be done. No stainless cleaner or surface wipe with oil. Only four stars for the three or four times that the water pitcher took hours instead of seconds to refill.

Doors open and close solidly, the dual ice feature is awesome, and separating the water dispenser from the ice maker is genius - no more leaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 months now, absolutely loved it. Able to store foods for weeks and parties. Guests are amazed by the look and the size. One thing though, I have to get the a new breaker without GFCI installed. It keeps tripping my breaker and my house is just 5 years old. I am looking forward to replace the custom panels. Strangely, only professional installers are recommended. How can I change it time to time as I like.
