[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator for just over 2 months and can safely say that it’s the single most well thought out appliance I’ve encountered, and I’m a tough critic. What makes the Bespoke line of refrigerators unique compared to other high end consumer refrigerators is the daily usability of its standout features. Aesthetic – The sleek look of this refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for to complete my modern themed kitchen. I loved my previous Samsung 4 door refrigerator, but the stainless shell just didn’t fit my design, so I was ecstatic when Samsung launched the Bespoke line. The clean look is also extremely practical and easy to keep clean and the handles have hidden touch points so smudges and fingerprints are naturally conceded. Also, the glass panels that I chose are 100% dent resistant (because they’re glass) and should the worst happen, they’re easily replaceable. I really can’t emphasis this enough, it is a beautiful piece of equipment. Layout – My previous refrigerator was a counter depth Samsung 4 door model as well, so I knew what I was getting into with the Bespoke and I knew I would like it. The 4 door design has the advantage of only exposing a small portion of the cooled area at a time. This is especially important for the frozen areas which are two independent compartments. The Bespoke’s upper doors have deep trays, and they allow you to use them for more than just narrow bottles, they can hold larger items like gallons of milk or yogurt tubs. The lower door trays are much shallower (no worries, big enough to hold a pint of Ben and Jerry’s), which gives you deeper trays in the freezer for larger items like a loaf of French bread. These deeper compartments slide out so you can access things that may have been pushed to the back easily. All of these design decisions work together to make this counter depth refrigerator feel much bigger than other designs. Water Station – The autofill water pitcher is a must have feature. Anyone that’s tried to fill water bottles or pots with water using a door mounted refrigerator waterspout knows that it’s a huge pain. The autofill pitcher is there, waiting, always full, fast pouring. I bet I’ve tripled my water intake since getting this just because of how convenient it is to get a glass of cold water. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke fridge is amazing! I love how the double doors open up with nothing in the middle blocking the view. The shelves are clear and allow easy viewing for everything that's in the fridge. There is no wasted space and there is high clearance throughout for taller items. It's visually appealing and very practical. The lower compartments allow us to put healthy snacks the kids can self-serve anytime. It's great for parties and so far it has served us well for multiple holidays, storing huge turkeys every side dish, and multiple beverage options. The removable ice storage with 2 cube sizes and a scooper has been more than enough for our large parties and makes serving so easy. Our guests have been very impressed. There are so many features with this fridge that I didn't even realize would come in handy for day-to-day living. The beverage center is awesome. The self-filling pitcher is a game changer. We use it to quickly re-fill our coffee maker with filtered water rather than having to use tap water, so now even the water filter in our coffee maker lasts longer. The beverage station has definitely helped us to drink more water and we've used the infuser to add lemons and limes on occasion which is great for switching it up and having a refreshing drink on the ready. The hidden front compartment door is great for storing items we want quick access to and prevents us from having to open the fridge unnecessarily. Everything in the lower compartments is easily accessible thanks to roll out shelves and drawers. We really appreciate this feature in our kitchen cabinets and it's great to have it in our fridge as well. I love how there's no handles on the outer doors, giving it a designer look that goes well with our kitchen. We decided to go with the gray glass panels, but I'm so excited about the fact that in the future if we decide to redesign our kitchen, I'll be able to easily change out the panels for a sleek black or steel look. Overall, this fridge has improved daily living, making it easier to store food and see what we have, which ultimately makes it easier to plan for grocery shopping trips and has encouraged us to fill it with healthier food options. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Samsung Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door Flex 23 cu. ft. Refrigerator with Beverage Center for a few weeks now and love the upgrade from my previous refrigerator. - The Beverage Center™ is a unique and interesting way to save space while also saving on energy and keeping your fridge cold. This is a feature that I truly did not know that I needed until I had a refrigerator with this feature. - The Dual Ice maker is nice, but not convenient. The trays are difficult to access and spill ice when you access them. It is however great to have two different kinds of ice that don’t have to be large ice cubes or crushed. - The FlexZone™ is another feature that is a fantastic addition. I love having the ability to adjust that section to be a freezer, drink fridge or just have additional fridge space. The ability to choose what I need and when I need it is a great addition. - The Finger Resistant Stainless-Steel doors are exactly that. Any fingerprints that do show up are very easy to clean. - The Slide-In shelf and available storage is very sleek and spacious. There is more than enough space for everything that my family needs with room to spare. All-in-all this fridge is fantastic. It fits perfectly in my kitchen and has proven to be everything advertised with a little bit extra. I would absolutely recommend this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a refrigerator for a home we were moving into and after looking at multiple refrigerators we found the Bespoke from Samsung! Pros are the automatic filling pitcher and the water spout (which is inside the door which we found to be better than it being outside). The ample shelf room and four separate doors make storing foods at different temperatures easy. Their are two separate types of ice (small and large) which are perfect for different of beverages. We love how the refrigerator is also a statement piece for our kitchen! The only con is that sometimes the automatic water pitcher will not refill unless it is giggled in place, but that by no means is a deal breaker!

I was able to customize the exterior look to my personal tastes and to match the style of my kitchen. The exterior also has a very streamlined look so it feels high-end in my option. Both doors can open at the same time for easy access to everything in the refrigerator section, great for large turkeys. The inside is super bright which was a wonderful surprise. The 2 crisper drawers allow for flexible temps depending on storing meats or veggies, keeps them fresh longer. I also love how the water filter is easy to access instead of reach to the bottom of the fridge like my old one. My only mild complaint on the fridge section would be I wish I had more flexibility to raise or lower the shelves inside. The quick access beverage center door is great for all the quick access products like juices, ketchup, etc. I like not having to fully open the doors and let out all the cold air. I was not sure I would like the beverage center water dispenser being behind the quick access door, but I can say I love it now that I have it! In addition the water dispenser I was surprised how much I use the infuser auto fill pitcher. For the freezer and flex freezer/fridge sections on the bottom are great size for all my frozen products. I love the option of turning the one section into a fridge temperature zone, which will be a life saver during the holidays. I am a HUGE fan of the two types of ice options and also the fact the ice is stored in the freezer instead of in the door of the fridge side. My only complaint with the ice is sometimes pieces fall down the back when scoping it out. This fridge has so many custom features which are easy to access via the app or inside the fridge if you wish, which is cool for the tech geek in me. Overall I love this refrigerator and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

It fits a lot of food and the freezer section is well designed so everything is easy to find. The beverage center is so convenient especially with 2 kids. I love the auto-fill pitcher. I've been putting tea leaves in the infuser to make cold brew tea. The kids' favorite part of the fridge is the small bites ice. I have to admit, it's pretty cute. The control panel on the inside is intuitive and easy to manage. The custom panels make a big statement in the kitchen. It's the 1st thing everyone notices. It's nice to know that we can switch out the panels to a different color later on if we want to. The flex zone area is really convenient for when we need more fridge space and less freezer space. I saw it in a Korean drama last year, I wanted it so bad. The beverage center is my favorite. The adjustable shelves are very helpful and roomy. Many colors to pick from, the glass panels are easy to clean and look great. The double freezers are perfect for my needs; one side keeps all ice cubes and eye masks, the other side keeps all frozen foods and pizza. Plus, shipping company did a good job to set it up for me and took away the old fridge. I have no complaints. You won't be disappointed.
