[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We switched from the 'Smart Hub" 4 door unit for simplification purposes and to abate future problems with the Hub (Computer.) The unit is humongous to say the least...Impressive in virtually every aspect i.e. innovation,particularly with the ice cube dispensar. Very deep shelving which allows for more than adequate storage however, we were astonished there is no "Deli Drawer" in this Unit and we're still wondering WHY? Our Deli-Drawer was probably one of the Most utilized storage spaces in ALL of our previous Refrigerators. ( 'Might want to rethink something there.) The internal Water Pitcher is unique and my wife absolutely LOVES IT! She even slices lemon up and puts in the water...Pretty nifty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went from a smart fridge with a screen to this, and wondered if we would miss some of those connected/media features. But the reality is, we have so many devices around our house and in our hands, that it's nice for our fridge to just be a fridge again. Not sure if it was our contractor's fault or what, but the photos online make it look like this fridge can truly fit in flush with your cabinets, but they way it opens really makes that impossible. Not sure if other people have solved that, but that's the only bummer that it sticks out a bit when we really wanted it to be flush.

Honestly, we were worried about ordering this fridge as there are reviews that indicate the parts are hard to find and if something goes wrong, it's hard to repair. So, we did hesitate. But for the space we have and the needs for size, etc., we decided to purchase it despite some concerns. It has been fine so far and we hope it continues to work for many many years.

My samsung bespoke refrigerator broke only after 2 years of usage. Diagnosis says compressor kit and main board needs replacement. These are the heart of the refrigerator. I heard the compressor is in back order so no chance this will be fixed anytime soon. The inverter compressor is in 10 year warranty so I hope you give me the attention i need. This is so frustrating , I had so much hope on this ref.

We've had this refrigerator for only two weeks and buying this model is the best decision we've made when it comes to appliances. It is very decorative and exceptionaly well designed. The bins on the door have extra depth which make storage so much simpler as well as the convenience of finding what we need easily. The fact that we can change the colors of the facade is another plus and we do have additional panels in other colors to make seasonal changes. It does not stand out as a refrigerator. Have the beverage center is an excellent design. The pitcher as fill automatically with water when it is reinserted and the plus of also have a water dispenser is short of amazing. Having the ice store in their individual drawers in two sizes is another plus especially during entertainment. No long wait to fill glasses etc. with ice from an ice machine. Finally, using the lower right section as we see fit, whether to freeze of just give additional chill is fantastic. It is almost much quiter than our prior model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this BeSpoke refrigerator a little over 3 weeks ago. I ordered it with all four Grey Glass panels and they look REALLY sharp! The installation process was flawless, watching the installer attach the front panels was great, I now know what to do should my wife decide on changing the color layout of our kitchen! LOL. The fridge is about 28 cubic feet and when you open it, you see every cubic inch, there is SO much space in this fridge. I love it. There is some room for adjusting the clear class shelves which feel substantial and well-built. The multiple cooling zones are terrific in the main upper half of the fridge and I love how the lower right part of the unit can serve as an extension of the refrigerator or freezer. The icemaker took about 2-3 days to start to show significant amounts of ice and it's really cool to have the option of having regular ice or the little "bite" sized pieces. The beverage center is amazing, the pitcher with the auto-fill feature is spectacular. Once you pull out the pitcher and dispense water, when you return it and closer the "hidden" door, it fills almost instantaneously! The water dispenser is easy to handle, although sometime my boys will spray water everywhere when they get close to the top of their cups (my fault for not supervising that lol, I know!). The smart features of the fridge include adjusting the temperature in the refrigerator area, turning the icemaker on/off, and being notified when the water/UV filters need to be changed. You can also adjust the temperature of the crisper drawers to mimic the ambient temperature set in the main compartment or customize for meat/veggies. The inside panel that shows all these features is neatly tucked away on the inside right corner of the fridge. Setting up the device on my wifi was a snap through the SmartThings app on my phone. I think incorporating a UV filter for less friendly smells in the fridge is spot on! Additionally on the inside, Samsung has included bright LED lights which illuminate the inside of the fridge beautifully. Overall this beast (just mean the size) of a fridge has been worth the investment, we are SO glad we got this fridge!!! The BeSpoke Refrigerator line functions like a higher end refrigerator for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, very satisfied with the fridge, but it's not without a couple notes. First, all the pro's: - The water tastes great out of it, no complaints there. Each filtered fridge is a little different and pleased with this water taste. - I love the beverage center much more than I thought I would. To always have a pitcher of cold water has been great - makes refilling a coffee machine very easy. - I like the no-handle look - it's sleek and it's a little easier to match other appliances that have no handle but might be a different vendor. - It holds a good amount. This replaced another counter-depth and this holds a little more food. The freezer especially I wasn't sure about, but we were able to fit everything in there (using both the left and right as a freezer) we took out of the old one. - The accessories and layout of shelves compliment the fridge well and provide good flexibility to configure it the way you need. The challenges have been: - The finger print resistance is meh - it's easy to clean, but I don't think it resists them much. - Pay close attention to the height - it steps up and the doors are the tallest part. In the picture you can see the project we now have adjusting the cabinet above the fridge. It fit in the hole, but the cabinet doors can't open without hitting the fridge doors. - I still can't connect it to WiFi, it fails on the last step. I see it join my network for a couple seconds, then disconnect. I imagine this is solvable, but it's taking a lot of effort. Overall, very happy with the fridge. The last question will be longevity and hope that it lasts and can ventilate well being built into cabinets.
