[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke fridge is amazing! I love how the double doors open up with nothing in the middle blocking the view. The shelves are clear and allow easy viewing for everything that's in the fridge. There is no wasted space and there is high clearance throughout for taller items. It's visually appealing and very practical. The lower compartments allow us to put healthy snacks the kids can self-serve anytime. It's great for parties and so far it has served us well for multiple holidays, storing huge turkeys every side dish, and multiple beverage options. The removable ice storage with 2 cube sizes and a scooper has been more than enough for our large parties and makes serving so easy. Our guests have been very impressed. There are so many features with this fridge that I didn't even realize would come in handy for day-to-day living. The beverage center is awesome. The self-filling pitcher is a game changer. We use it to quickly re-fill our coffee maker with filtered water rather than having to use tap water, so now even the water filter in our coffee maker lasts longer. The beverage station has definitely helped us to drink more water and we've used the infuser to add lemons and limes on occasion which is great for switching it up and having a refreshing drink on the ready. The hidden front compartment door is great for storing items we want quick access to and prevents us from having to open the fridge unnecessarily. Everything in the lower compartments is easily accessible thanks to roll out shelves and drawers. We really appreciate this feature in our kitchen cabinets and it's great to have it in our fridge as well. I love how there's no handles on the outer doors, giving it a designer look that goes well with our kitchen. We decided to go with the gray glass panels, but I'm so excited about the fact that in the future if we decide to redesign our kitchen, I'll be able to easily change out the panels for a sleek black or steel look. Overall, this fridge has improved daily living, making it easier to store food and see what we have, which ultimately makes it easier to plan for grocery shopping trips and has encouraged us to fill it with healthier food options. This fridge brings together great functionality and great design - well done Samsung!

It looks so good in my kitchen and it is a conversation piece. I love the style and the beverage station is wonderful. Having the ice dispensed into trays so that there is two different sizes is amazing. Not only do I love it but so does my family.

The water pitcher is great because it’s full every time I come back to it. I can’t wait to start using it to infuse my water with fruits! Opening that anrea without opening the whole refrigerator is so neat! The bottle/can storage allows me to grab a drink and go! Also, the two different sizes of ice in the freezer actually makes a difference! I can use the larger cubes for a cocktail and it does it melt quickly. The smaller cubes can go in my water bottle for working out. Also, this refrigerator is very roomy. I can fit so many things in here. My husband is a truck driver and takes a large lunch bag to work. The whole thing slides in the refrigerator with no problem. Because the freezer is two doors, I have all of my meat on one side and frozen fruits, veggies, and miscellaneous things on the other side. I am proud of this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it about 4 months ago, overall very solid design and function. I wish the door closure were slightly better, as the beverage center door remains slightly cracked unless you consciously close it all the way.

i was really happy to get this refrigerator delivered. it looks sleek and modern and looks great in my new house. inside is spacious and well organized. the beverage center is great and although i have only had it a few weeks, i am happy i went with this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Bespoke 4-door flex fridge for a little more than a month. So far I'm happy with it overall. I can change the panels to suit my needs. For example, when I think about painting my kitchen, I can change the panels on my fridge to blend with the color. I'm not stuck with one look. Currently my top panels are Tuscan and the bottoms are matte black. My counter top is a blend of browns and blacks so it goes well. My only complaints are in the beverage center, if the top shelf is push in place you can't get a gallon of milk out. I may have it in the wrong place but can't confirm because the instruction manual doesn't provide enough instruction based on MY model.

This is my first Samsung Fridge - my TVs are all Samsung as well as our mobile phones. This Fridge is really cool and elegant and has transformed our kitchen given its very exquisite modern look, the glass panels and the 4 door combo. The Fridge is very technologically advanced and you can control certain features through a mobile App. My favorite in the Fridge ia the automatically refillable water pitcher! This is a very cool innovation that revised the water immediately you put back the pitcher. You no longer have to stand and wait in front of the Fridge for your glass to fill up! The water pitcher also has an internal pouch where you can place lemon, mint leaves or other fruit to get your flavored water at your fingertips!!

The glass panels are good looking and makes the refrigerator look like cabinets. We like the fact there are no door handles, but have hidden grips. The beverage center makes two types of ice cubes.

on the outside its a beautiful fridge, however not as described in mechanics, and delivery process was horrific and quite frustrating. ice is not nugget ice, and it is one of the main reasons we bought it. people who delivered had no clue about the product nor how to properly assist in removal of old fridge. they were not even samsung employees.
