[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, very satisfied with the fridge, but it's not without a couple notes. First, all the pro's: - The water tastes great out of it, no complaints there. Each filtered fridge is a little different and pleased with this water taste. - I love the beverage center much more than I thought I would. To always have a pitcher of cold water has been great - makes refilling a coffee machine very easy. - I like the no-handle look - it's sleek and it's a little easier to match other appliances that have no handle but might be a different vendor. - It holds a good amount. This replaced another counter-depth and this holds a little more food. The freezer especially I wasn't sure about, but we were able to fit everything in there (using both the left and right as a freezer) we took out of the old one. - The accessories and layout of shelves compliment the fridge well and provide good flexibility to configure it the way you need. The challenges have been: - The finger print resistance is meh - it's easy to clean, but I don't think it resists them much. - Pay close attention to the height - it steps up and the doors are the tallest part. In the picture you can see the project we now have adjusting the cabinet above the fridge. It fit in the hole, but the cabinet doors can't open without hitting the fridge doors. - I still can't connect it to WiFi, it fails on the last step. I see it join my network for a couple seconds, then disconnect. I imagine this is solvable, but it's taking a lot of effort. Overall, very happy with the fridge. The last question will be longevity and hope that it lasts and can ventilate well being built into cabinets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited for this refrigerator that I actually reserved before they were available for purchase. The split color works very well with my two tone cabinets, and I love the glass panels (goodbye fingerprints). My husband was on the fence with not having an ice dispenser in the door (there are two ice makers inside), but the water pitcher with infuser more than makes up for it. Oh and I got such a great deal on price, it really can't be beat!

This is the first time we’ve ever been able to keep our items organized in the fridge and freezer. Many great features. The only thing I would change is space between shelves to accommodate tall pots/ items .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so pleased with our new Samsung Refrigerator! Our old fridge was getting loud and on its last legs, so were were ready to get something new and more advanced. This fits the bill! The top two doors are the fridge, but you can also make the bottom right area a fridge also if you want more fridge than freezer space. It's easy to choose the setting from fridge to freezer mode! We decided to keep both bottom doors a freezer. It makes a ton of ice in two different varieties: cubed ice and ice bites. The only comment on the ice I would make is that a couple times it fell behind the drawer and landed in the freezer area. Suggestion for anyone with this ice maker--make sure you bring the older ice forward in the bin with the included scoop so that new ice can drop to the back of the tray. Also the beverage dispenser in the left top door is an absolute DREAM! You can either fill your cup from the automatic dispenser or take a drink from the pitcher within the beverage center. I plan on making lime-infused water in the pitcher just to feel fancy! I will say, the stainless steel claims to be fingerprint resistant but you can definitely see fingerprints on there—but they wipe off very easily with a cloth and all purpose cleaner. The SmartThings app is also a nice addition to be able to monitor your fridge settings or get notified if something is wrong. If you've been waiting to get a fridge that's worth every penny, I would grab this Samsung Bespoke fridge. You won't regret it!

From the aesthetic panels to the auto-fill water pitcher to the WiFi connectivity, this fridge has it all. I'm so glad I bought this fridge, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone else considering getting a new fridge. The auto-fill water pitcher is my favorite feature so far. I have. a family of six, so we go through water very quickly. Usually we'll have a line by the fridge of people waiting to use the water dispenser. Or, one of us has to fill up a jug to take tot he table with us. Samsung has answered our problems with this fridge. Now with only a few seconds of waiting, my family can get a full jug of water that hydrates a growing group of rascals.

It’s well designed for convenience and holds a lot more than my other counter depth refrigerator. My food stays fresh longer and I have less items going bad. I love this so much I don’t even care that the glass doors are not here yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke replaced an aging LG (15+ years) refrigerator. The LG served us well over the years but was starting to fail and before we had a total loss we decided to upgrade with Samsung. So far it's been beyond nice, the flexibility of the refrigerator / freezer option has been helpful and so useful. My only gripe is the inability to configure the inside shelves beyond the two or three set options.

Glad for the alarm when leaving door open. Everyone who sees it thinks it’s awesome looking. Get to customize with different color panels. Makes 2 different type of ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family has been using this fridge for about a week and we love it so far! The duo ice maker with two types of ice is amazing. I love that it auto disperses and its not like traditional ice makers where you push it down. The water pitcher is a great add-on and the water tastes clean and ice cold. Theres ample storage in the fridge section as well as the freezer. The Smartthings app is a cool convenient way to control some of the features/settings. The only con i have with this refrigerator is that i could not get one of the plastic shelves to go in. I thought i was going crazy but a previous reviewer mentioned the same thing. I cant wait to add the color panels and customize our fridge. Overall 10/10 purchase!
