I literally never have to refill the water jug. Bonus!!! We changed the panels to white and my kitchen looks fabulous now!!! I have the app on my phone which comes in handy when my kids forget to close the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been about 3 weeks since I replaced my fridge and I love it. The Bespoke aspect makes it mine, you're not going into a store and seeing the same fridge that I have. It's huge capacity is great for big families and the flex zone is so clutch when you need more space in the fridge. I can't speak too much on the ice maker because we rarely use ice, I would have preferred a dedicated ice spout like the water dispenser though, solely for aesthetic reasons I will admit. It's really quiet too, I rarely hear it in the day or night. My only gripe was that the measurements didn't include the wheels on the bottom of the fridge, so I had to adjust my cabinets a bit, but not a deal breaker. All in all, if you have a opportunity to see one of these and you're one of those people who love kitchen gadgets, you'll instantly fall in love.

Bought yesterday, and we love the design. One thing that may turn out to be a problem is it is loud. For anyone with auditory processing differences, this can be a huge issue. My ears are ringing, and I can not stop hearing it. I want to get earplugs for the noise. We previously had an Lg , this one has less space available. Our family is downsizing so this may not be an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I have to say at the beginning, it is very beautiful in appearance, like a work of art. Also, smart features are wonderful. It shows energy consumption, sends information to the phone if the door is left open somehow, health check, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter got this fridge a couple of months ago and even tough it did take several months to arrive once we got it i can say it was very well worth it. The fridge its very nice and bright i love the led lights that it has also the most important feature on this fridge is that it allows you to custom it by changing the panels. The beverage station is what my grandkids love the most since they have easy access to their favorite beverages. I would really recommend this fridge to anyone looking to buy a new fridge i promise you wont regret it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke replaced an aging LG (15+ years) refrigerator. The LG served us well over the years but was starting to fail and before we had a total loss we decided to upgrade with Samsung. So far it's been beyond nice, the flexibility of the refrigerator / freezer option has been helpful and so useful. My only gripe is the inability to configure the inside shelves beyond the two or three set options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this fridge to replace an LG fridge that died after only 4 years of use (and had problems for long before it completely died). I LOVE everything about this fridge and wish I’d gotten it a lot sooner. The only thing I’m at all sad about is the ice bites. Let me be clear, I definitely prefer the ice bites to any other refrigerator ice I’ve ever had, but in a lot of places it’s sort of implied they are like a nugget ice but they are not, just very small, and still quite hard, ice cubes. Overall very pleased though. And even though this is the same size as the fridge I am replacing it fits a lot more food. We chose to purchase the navy glass panels and it looks very nice. My husband installed the panels himself quickly and easily. We bought neon dry erase markers and use the front of the fridge as a white board for family communication.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are about 7 months in on this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator and it is a kitchen game changer per my wife. We loved being able to select whatever door panels you wanted to add some character to our kitchen. The dual ice type ice maker is a great feature and produces copious amounts of ice. Another excellent feature is the lower right freezer that can be a freezer or a fridge. Whe wifi seems to work well with the app. All in all, with the color combos and features, this was an awesome purchase for us. You won't be disappointed!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The customizable door material and color options for this refrigerator are vast, but we finally settled on the light blue glass door panels. The most convenient option on the refrigerator is the "Beverage Center", which allows easy access to a self-contained water pitcher (included with the refrigerator), several shelves for drinks/snacks/medications/etc, and a chilled filter water spigot. The pitcher self fills (option can be turned off too) with filtered water, so it is always full and ready to pour refreshingly cold water. The pitcher can also be used to make iced tea or powdered water-based drinks. Once the refrigerator was installed we felt compelled to modernize the appearance of our 20-year-old kitchen with new cabinet/drawer handles and a marble countertop with a full ceramic backsplash, but the work is still occurring so there are no before/after pictures at the time I am writing this review, but will try and come back to add them once the work is completed.
