Take it first thing in the morning and gives a nice boost to get me going. Also helps me not get a headache from dehydration that I usually used to get around noontime. Fast shipping too.

We find that Liquid I.V. is very helpful when we are feeling the effects of dehydration. This is especially common during the hot weather and low humidity we have in Utah.

I think I have tried all of the "electrolyte" drinks and mixes out there. They all seem to be either too bland or filled with too much sugar. THIS product makes sense of all that. Tatse great and seems to work as advertised.

Seems a good product. Taste not too bad, but a bit pricy for a powdered additive. Cannot truly attest that it does anything except make it easier to drink water.

These are so sweet to me I cannot drink them, even with a large glass of water. I drink mostly water anyway, so others who are used to pop, etc. may not think so.
