Taste isn't bad if you add much more water than recommended. Sugar content is 22% average daily requirement. If I'd realized this, I would never have purchased.

This was a great purchase - easy to pack, great to take on vacation to hot climates! All 3 flavors are good and anything to help my body absorb more water is a plus.

I love this product it's been a life saver! I use it daily and sometimes 2x a day! I also live the energy and would love to see you carry that as well.

I think I have tried all of the "electrolyte" drinks and mixes out there. They all seem to be either too bland or filled with too much sugar. THIS product makes sense of all that. Tatse great and seems to work as advertised.

These are so sweet to me I cannot drink them, even with a large glass of water. I drink mostly water anyway, so others who are used to pop, etc. may not think so.

This seems to work very well to keep electrolytes balanced & help me stay hydrated during workouts & hot or long mountain bike rides. The taste is good! Does not make my stomach upset either!

Highly recommend this product for hydration whether it's from working out in the gym, being out in the sun all day, or the day after of lots of alcohol. This product gets the job done. I also love how there is two flavors in the pack as well.
