This seems to work very well to keep electrolytes balanced & help me stay hydrated during workouts & hot or long mountain bike rides. The taste is good! Does not make my stomach upset either!

Great product to get rid of those daily headaches from the heat no matter how much water I consumed. Liquid IV first thing in the AM and no more headaches.

I was incredibly dehydrated for days after a bad case of food poisoning. Nothing was helping much, but one stick of Liquid IV and I felt so much better! I'll be keeping this stuff on hand from now on.

I think I have tried all of the "electrolyte" drinks and mixes out there. They all seem to be either too bland or filled with too much sugar. THIS product makes sense of all that. Tatse great and seems to work as advertised.

Highly recommend this product for hydration whether it's from working out in the gym, being out in the sun all day, or the day after of lots of alcohol. This product gets the job done. I also love how there is two flavors in the pack as well.

I was really looking forward to using it Sam's website did not show ingredients, and after receiving I realized it had way to much Sugar and Salt. Took it back. Darn!
