I use this when visiting family who lives at about 8,000 feet above sea level in the mountains (when I'm typically very sick the entire trip). One of these packets per day and a ton of additional water and I enjoyed my first trip not sick last week! It was amazing.

I love these...cause I hate drinking water. Drink one every morning. Best price is at Sam's and it came the next day, even though it said it would take longer. I checked "A" and it was more expensive. Personally I like the lemon line better, but I just chug it to get the hydration piece out of the way in the morning.

This thing really works. I take a diuretic and sometimes I have a hard time with the pills because I lose too much water so I end up getting dehydrated and weak. That's when I use liquid iv and within 10 minutes I feel revitalized. It definitely makes life easier. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I am not a water drinker, therefore I am often dehydrated. I feel better and function better after drinking one of these packets mixed in a bottle of water.

I love that this helps me stay hydrated without the artificial sweeteners. It's been over 100 degrees here for most of the summer, so it's easy to get dehydrated without even working out. I started to notice I was experiencing all the signs of dehydration and thought I would try this. It has a great flavor and definitely delivers. If you're leery of a water enhancer with sugar, just use less. Nothing artificial here!

This stuff is legit and works!! I was really cautious about this at first. It took me a couple months to actually give in and try it. I had gastric sleeve in 2018 and still struggle with dehydration, mostly because of the lack of thirst. There have been days were I might have 1 20oz bottle of water that I sipped on through the day or not even at all :/ i know i know it was bad. So I tried this a few weeks back and within 2 days I could feel and see a difference! Since I started using these I use 1-2 of these a day, then the rest of my bottles I add regular water flavoring. I'm proud to say I've been averaging 5 bottles of my 20oz water bottle a day! Acai berry is my favorite out of these, but lemon lime isn't bad either. I will also be ordering from their site direct as they have many other flavors available as well. Overall I'd HIGHLY recommend these. They would be great for anyone struggling with dehydration, and would be great for traveling as well.

I can't say enough about this. If you tend to get dehydrated than this will help you. I have UC so I always have to make sure I drink water but I lose a lot as well. Drinking enough water is a struggle for me. Liquid IV really helps me stay hydrated, I actually feel the difference on days I don't drink it. The only downside (to me) is that it is too sweet but I also have a weird pallet when it comes to beverages in general. I don't like sweet drinks so I use more water than recommended but I still love it!

I bought these for my son who wrestles and cuts weight so he uses them to boost back up before a tournament the lemon lime flavor he says is not so great the berry flavor was good he says wish they would have the flavors they have on the liquid iv website

Pretty good, didn't realize the sugar count until after I purchased them. I guess I assumed they were sugar free as most brands of mix ins like this don't have sugar quantities like these.

I tried the lemon lime and liked it, so when I found these at Sam's, I bought them. I don't like either flavor at the directed mix rate, but if you use a 24 oz mix bottle, both are delicious.
