I can't say enough about this. If you tend to get dehydrated than this will help you. I have UC so I always have to make sure I drink water but I lose a lot as well. Drinking enough water is a struggle for me. Liquid IV really helps me stay hydrated, I actually feel the difference on days I don't drink it. The only downside (to me) is that it is too sweet but I also have a weird pallet when it comes to beverages in general. I don't like sweet drinks so I use more water than recommended but I still love it!

Expensive and Way too much sugar, there are better options for less money out there

Has a great taste. Is marketed as if it's healthy for you but it has 11 g of sugar and the first ingredient is cane sugar
