This stuff is so gross… I'd rather drink lots of water for sure. It's so sweet and the flavor is very off putting. Yuck

Powder caked up like it had gotten
 wet.  Didn't trust it to try and drink.

Hydration

I was very dehydrated due to illness.   I had this delivered and I am amazed how good it worked.

This thing really works. I take a diuretic and sometimes I have a hard time with the pills because I lose too much water so I end up getting dehydrated and weak. That's when I use liquid iv and within 10 minutes I feel revitalized. It definitely makes life easier. I highly recommend it to anyone.
