I have trouble drinking a lot of water. This gives the water a great taste and I don't have to drink as many ounces to stay hydrated. It is great for my kids when they recovering from a stomach bug also

Great hydration - my husband drinks this on the golf course in the high humidity and extremely hot southern summers when heat index is over 100 degrees. Really a life saver! Wish we could get one flavor instead of combo pack.

Great for staying hydrated during very hot days or when water is scarce. At least one of the packets was empty. It was sealed but there was no product inside. Other than that I enjoy this product.

This is a really good product.. however.. it's much too expensive!! Found 30 packs on sale at Costco.. much cheaper.. but very limited supply and sale too short..

Excellent way to keep hydrated throughout the day. Pleasant tasting. I suffer from severe leg cramps at night. Since I have started using Liquid IV I have not experienced any cramps.

This was recommended by a doctor for my daughter who gets dehydrated easily and had to be in the hospital for it. A husband also gets dehydrated easily and he has been using it and it has made a world of difference. Also my son and my son-in-law are using it especially when they go to play golf Wish you had other flavors to order the large pack and also wish you had it in store.

I ordered these for my husband to take with him golfing. He says that after 9 holes, he has been feeling more tired and losing energy. He adds one packet to his bottle of water and it makes him feel refreshed and livens up his energy to complete the round. He likes them and says they work for him!

This is the BEST hydration therapy I've found outside of an IV itself. All the flavor is good. Be aware that your first couple sips is like swallowing salt water. It's a good price for the benefits. I do wish retail outlets would carry all the flavors.

We have extreme heat here in West Texas and this helps us stay hydrated. I can drink the entire bottle and feel better much faster. It's got the right amount of flavor without tasting too sweet. My husband can drink it with his gout. It's been the best thing I have found for flavor that works. I recommend this to anyone that struggles with trying to drink water and has sugar issues.

I bought this at the Sam"s one day event and glad that I did as it is rather expensive. I found that using half the pack for 16 oz of water suits my taste. The whole pack is just too overpowering. I really like this product and find it does help with dehydration. I'm not an athlete, just your average working girl. I find that It actually makes me want to drink more. I don't believe that I would purchase this again as it is just too expensive.
