My husband works in a very hot environment. He really likes to drink at least one of these each day to help with hydration. He really likes the lemon best.

Highly recommend this product for hydration whether it's from working out in the gym, being out in the sun all day, or the day after of lots of alcohol. This product gets the job done. I also love how there is two flavors in the pack as well.

This is what you need! I struggle to drink any water at all, but this not only gives me more than double the benefits of one glass of water, I actually want to and enjoy drinking it!

both taste great and I am very picky and dont usually like lemon lime stuff and my picky 11 year old that like sugary drinks love these! I feel better after drinking it too. Great for kids that plays sports! Waiting for it to come back in stock need another box! your first taste might be a surprise but after initial taste its awesome

Great product

I really like both flavors. It seems to work well. I went on a 3 mile health walk, and it quenched my thirst. A couple of drinks, and I don't feel thirsty like with just plain water. I tend to visit the ladies room more often, so I know I am hydrated.

This does a far better & faster Job than the sports drinks and pedialite.

Went to wedding took it before bed time and woke up the next morning without a hangover

Great to have on shelf or in backpack for increased hydration!
