These things work great! I'm in the Texas heat all day and sweat a lot these things saved my life and helped with my exhaustion at the end of the day!

Seems a good product. Taste not too bad, but a bit pricy for a powdered additive. Cannot truly attest that it does anything except make it easier to drink water.

We find that Liquid I.V. is very helpful when we are feeling the effects of dehydration. This is especially common during the hot weather and low humidity we have in Utah.

Great product

both taste great and I am very picky and dont usually like lemon lime stuff and my picky 11 year old that like sugary drinks love these! I feel better after drinking it too. Great for kids that plays sports! Waiting for it to come back in stock need another box! your first taste might be a surprise but after initial taste its awesome

I really like both flavors. It seems to work well. I went on a 3 mile health walk, and it quenched my thirst. A couple of drinks, and I don't feel thirsty like with just plain water. I tend to visit the ladies room more often, so I know I am hydrated.

My son plays football and has been practicing in the AZ heat. He loves this stuff.

Taste good. Blends easily. The mouth-feel is mineraly, if that makes sense. Thicker than a Gatorade

Absolutely saved us with a recent bout of the flu with high fevers.

Great taste and strong effective ingredients
