Member's Mark 10 Strain Probiotic is a great price compare to identical products of brand names. Have taken once a day, the easy to swallow capsules for many years because it has improve my digestive problems such as GERT. When taken an antibiotic, doctors always recommend to take an extra capsule everyday.

This seems to work well for my wife and I. We are in our 60's and it helps with things like digestion and constipation. We've tried some other brands offered at Sam's but they don't seem to work as well as this one and it is much cheaper than some of the brand products.

This product arrived about 10 days ago, and I began taking it immediately. I have frequently taken probiotics in the past, and I was anxious to try these. They are “once a day” capsules. For me, they are easy to swallow. I have noticed they seem to help with my stomach distress, so I am happy with them.

This is an amazing product! It took me a couple of weeks for my system to get used to them. Take a pill 3-4 days on the first week. Then 5-7 on the second week. After that take a pill every day. First few weeks might feel uncomfortable. But I’m noticing the benefits now that I’m using it regularly.

These probiotics are the best that I’ve found to date. Other probiotics that I’ve tried cause stomach upset and constipation where as these do not. The capsule is easy to swallow with no discernible after effects. The greatest benefit I’ve noTiced is that they sooth my lower guts and help with my reflux disorder. I now only take half the dosage of my doctor prescribed GERD medications! I’d like to add that Sam’s has the best price and fast shipping to my house!
