This product, other than the packaging, is exactly like the prescription form of Align. I was skeptical at first, but through daily use I have found it to be a lifesaver for my gut issues. If I skip taking it for more than two days, the gut issues come back. This is a lifesaver! The price is so reasonable, that my husband tried it and he is on board with the benefits of this product.

Great probiotic, very well priced. Love how it does not make me burp or have any kind of funky aftertaste. The capsule is easy to swallow. I make my own yogurt and I’m surprised at which brands culture and which ones do not. When I first began, I assumed more expensive brands would culture better. This is the brand that cultures the best and the most consistently. This means that this brand consistently has more live bacteria to culture.

I have diverticulitis so I need extra fiber and more to keep regular. I was on a prescription drug but had to stop. I took the advice of a friend's parents and tried probiotics. I have been using it for about 3 weeks. Although my stomach feels better and I'm not so bloated, I still am not regular. Hopefully this improves soon. I also feel more energy because my stomach doesn't hurt. No nausea either. Those are the 2 pluses I see.
