The Member's Mark substitution works exactly as the much more costly Align. It is the same results and value at a much lower cost. I am so glad I found it!

I have used members mark probiotics for a few years now, I feel they have helped me the most out of the 3 different probiotics that I have tried over the years. The old package of members mark probiotics were in blister packs, which wasn’t really convenient, because it took up a lot of space in my medicine cabinet, the new container holds all the pills in a smaller container, which makes me very happy. I will continue using these probiotics for years to come.

My issue is with the packaging. The previous package was a bottle with loose 'pills' that were easy to place in a daily dosage container. This package was blister packs so I had to remove every one of them to place in a dosage container. The pills are soft so I had to take a knife and cut the packaging open to avoid damaging the pills. In addition to being difficult to open - this type of packaging has to be more expensive and certainly has more waste.

I was given mega antibiotics for a sinus infection. I thought I had c-diff after! My nurse friend said take as many probiotics as you can!! I took 3, 3 with each of 3 meals a day for a few days. It helped a lot. Then went to 2, etc. Thank heavens it worked ‼️‼️

Since I was prescribed a 10 day supply of antibiotics, I thought I should compensate by taking a probiotic about 2 hours after a dose to banned drug.
