This stood really works. I took it twice a day while taking an antibiotic to prevent a yeast infection. No problem at all! I currently take it once a day; usually at night so I won't forget.

I was previously using Kroger brand & saw that Sam's has more for the money. It's not only the money, but they work well for me & that's what most important.

Originally used 60 billion strength, but that was too strong for me. After using the lower strength pills I would start with these pills if you want to start on probiotics. Good luck, they work.

Have taken once a day, the easy to swallow capsules for many years because it has improve my digestive problems such as GERT. When taken an antibiotic, doctors always recommend to take an extra capsule everyday.

This product arrived about 10 days ago, and I began taking it immediately. I have frequently taken probiotics in the past, and I was anxious to try these. They are “once a day” capsules. For me, they are easy to swallow. I have noticed they seem to help with my stomach distress, so I am happy with them.

This is an amazing product! It took me a couple of weeks for my system to get used to them. Take a pill 3-4 days on the first week. Then 5-7 on the second week. After that take a pill every day. First few weeks might feel uncomfortable. But I’m noticing the benefits now that I’m using it regularly.

These probiotics are the best that I’ve found to date. Other probiotics that I’ve tried cause stomach upset and constipation where as these do not. The capsule is easy to swallow with no discernible after effects. The greatest benefit I’ve noTiced is that they sooth my lower guts and help with my reflux disorder.
