I’ve been taking these probiotics for about a year and a half, and I can definitely tell a difference in my gut health. I’ll spare the details, and I’ll just say things are much less eventful now. It doesn’t say it on the package, but probiotics tend to be more beneficial if you take them in the morning at least 15 minutes before eating. It’s also good to take them in conjunction with prebiotics. Price is excellent compared to the big name brands, and probiotics are good for your immune system and many other things other than gut health. EVERYONE should be taking probiotics.

Inherited stomach troubles from my mom. Since I was little I would only go once a week, and I thought it was normal, until I got older and it started feeling like I was wearing bricks around my stomach. I tried yogurt, and started feeling better but I HATE YOGURT. A quick google search took me to probiotics and I found these. I take one every morning around 6 when I get up. From the first week I could feel it working. I now go everyday, don't topple over randomly at work due to random stomach gas, and I feel like I lost a few lbs because now I'm regular. I'll never go back. I still have 10 weeks left in my pack but I'm buying another box just so that I'll never run out.

This is an amazing product! It took me a couple of weeks for my system to get used to them. Take a pill 3-4 days on the first week. Then 5-7 on the second week. After that take a pill every day. First few weeks might feel uncomfortable. But I’m noticing the benefits now that I’m using it regularly.

I have tried many probiotics. My doctor recommended Align…which costs a fortune. This probiotic was on the shelf next to Align because it is the SAMs version of Align. It has really made a positive difference for me. I gave a box to my brother and niece and now they are using it too.

I’ve really enjoyed adding this to my daily regimen! I can tell a difference with bloating and just overall feel good. I would like to finish the whole bottle before I give a complete review, but I’ve been taking it for two weeks and like the benefits of it.

I was taking the Member's Mark 5 Strain Probiotic for a few years, but found that I was starting to take two capsules a day because it wasn't strong enough for me anymore. Now, Sam's Club launched this new 10 Strain Probiotic and I'm back to only having to take 1 capsule a day! I looked up several of the probiotic strains on the internet and found that there is significant research behind them. This is one of the best formulas that I've seen at any of the stores I shop at and it is easy on the wallet compared to many other probiotics. Way to go Sam's!

These probiotics are the best that I’ve found to date. Other probiotics that I’ve tried cause stomach upset and constipation where as these do not. The capsule is easy to swallow with no discernible after effects. The greatest benefit I’ve noTiced is that they sooth my lower guts and help with my reflux disorder. I now only take half the dosage of my doctor prescribed GERD medications! I’d like to add that Sam’s has the best price and fast shipping to my house!

I have IBS and took a brand name probiotic for a while but the costs got to be too much so I tried these and I am so glad I did. They work just as well as the others and for a better price. I can tell a difference when I take probiotics as they help with the symptoms of IBS. These are a good quality probiotic.

I’m very particular & a perfectionist & I compared this to Nature Made. Nature Made has 8 billion probiotic & this product has 10 million probiotic “good bacteria for gut” It also has 6 individual inserts with thelrobitiotics labeled WEEK 1 & WEEK 2 & has days of week listed above pills.

I have tried several probiotics because of my IBS-D. The gummy probiotics (not this brand) taste horrific and I couldn’t get through a bottle so I tried these because they were on sale. These have helped me tremendously. I take them before bed so they don’t upset my stomach and I have had absolutely no problems. They take a few days to get used to just like any medicine.
