She refuses pills so the Nutramax Cosequin Capsules Joint Health Cat Supplement Sprinkle Capsules seemed like a good idea to try since she is getting older and I want to protect her joint health. I decided to try sprinkling some of the supplement on some canned food that she normally likes. I will admit to being surprised when she ate it just fine! So far she has been very good about taking it every time. I can recommend the Nutramax supplement as a workable option for anyone concerned about their cat's joint health. The ability to sprinkle on the food instead of forcing down a capsule makes this supplement a great choice!

I have a 1 year old cat, who has developed a rare but serious urinary tract disease. He has been on multiple prescriptions, including Feline Cosequin. For an unknown reason, the Cosequin has kept his urinary symptoms at bay foe two months now. The veterinarians don't really know WHY the Cosequin helps these cats (as it is usually used for joint issues), but it has really helped. Moreover, SmartPaks are fool-proof to use, theer is no mess, and my cat gobbles the Cosequin right up! My shipments have arrived on time- every time, and the customer service is outstanding!!! My 13 year old cat (who happens to be 25 lbs), was getting very stiff. The combination of the extra weight, his age, and the weather was causing him obvious pain. The whole family noticed that he would lay down and not move all day. It's been 3 months now since he's been on Cosequin and he's walking with a noticeably better gait. The limp is almost completely gone! He loves the taste and comes running when I pull out his smartpaks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this in exchange for my honest review. I heard of it from my daughter who has three cats Her vet recommended she try her senior cat on this. It seemed to help the cat's movements as he became active again. I tried sprinkling this on the food. My cat sniffed and wouldn't eat the food,then I mixed it in,same result. The next day I opened a capsule onto a sheet of paper,only used 1/2 the amount in his Sheba whitefish & tuna pate ( which is the ONLY wet food my picky eater will eat and it was a success!. I've done this for three days and had luck. Too soon to see results but I have faith in this supplement.

Vet tech bought this for my 20 year old cat. He is old and blind so his jumping days are over but a little something for old cat bones and joints might help a little. He eats the powder sprinkled over his dry food so he thinks it tastes good. He also likes it with canned cat food.

I started my senior cat on this after we discovered some abnormalities in her lumbar region, and what a difference! She is running, jumping, and playing more than she has in years! We'll be keeping her on this indefinitely. Now if only it was so affordable for my horse...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't speak to the results of this product with my cat yet because I've only been using this product for a couple of days but it's a very easy supplement to add to my cats wet food and she doesn't seem to notice that it's mixed into her food. I read several cat site online reviews of Cosequin as a joint health supplement and feel confident that this is a safe and effective product. The online description of this product indicates that there's an added benefit of helping to support bladder health, too, and the online reviews seem to be all positive for the added bladder health benefit. My Calico cat has had bladder issues in the past so I'm happy to have a supplement that benefits both bladder and joint health! These capsules are "premeasured" so that you can break them open and sprinkle on food (wet food or moistened dry food). Obviously, you throw the capsule itself away after you empty it out. It's a white powder-like substance that easily mixes into food and my cat ate it all right up. (see pictures I've added). One capsule everyday for 10 lbs and under, Two capsules for cats over 10 lbs. The initial period of adding this supplement to your cats food every day is 4-6 weeks. After that, you can add it every other day for maintenance. It also indicates that you can add more capsule contents if needed depending upon your cat's needs. My cat is almost 9 and she's very active but I'm noticing that she has a little more difficulty jumping on her window perch now so I'm looking forward to the final results of this product!

Been using the Cosequin Capsules for a couple weeks now and the Cats are getting around better. Very easy to use just sprinkle on can food and they don't mind it at all. Cats seem to know when you but any kind of meds on their food but not bothered at all with this. Hoping with more use that they will get around better and start loosing some weight. If your Cats are starting to get stiff in their joints give it a try, you won't be sorry.

We have 3 kitties. Two are twelve and one is eleven, Since we have added Nutraman Cosequin Capsules to their breakfast, they are so much more active! They are more playful, running through the house and playing a lot more. Of course they always sleep and cat nap... We are so glad a friend gave us some for Pothole Kitty at Christmas 2017. We Love Happy Cats!! It is so easy to put on their food each morning. They Love the chicken flavor. I will tell everyone to try this product for their cats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review may not be fair but I am at a loss as to what to do. I have four senior cats, one of whom is overweight. She has shown signs of difficulty engaging in activities that she used to do with ease. Maybe it's the diet she's fed, preferring kibble to the moist food she gets every day, but I cannot seem to get any of my cats to consume the tablet. I've sprinkled it on wet and she, along with the others, refuse it. So, I tried putting it in a pill pocket for the heavier cat but she won't eat that either. I don't know if this is fair, but I am unable to give a positive review after my inability to deliver the product to my pet(s).
