[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my husband had head and neck cancer and was unable to eat for a long time. I fed him thru a feeding tube. When he was starting to swallow again and needed to put some weight on I gave him shakes. I used a bottle of Ensure, carnation instant breakfast, two tablespoons of peanut butter, 1/2 bannana and a dove ice cream bar. The Ensure gave him the nutrition he needed and I added the calories to help with weight gain!

I highly recommend it. I started drinking it in the hospital after serious surgery. Nurses brought me one or two everyday to supplement my meals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of 3 young children I have found ensure to be vital to my everyday needs. I found myself skipping meals because I was too busy tending to the needs of my children and cooking their meals. The fact that I have celiacs disease means that often times I am forced to cook two meals, one for my family and one for myself and ultimately I suffered. However, since adding ensure into my diet I find myself with more energy and feeling better even when I do skip a meal.

We've tried different kinds of products however nothing whatsoever holds a light to ensure original products. It took us two years to finally decide would you like strawberry a little bit better than the rest however it needs to be stated that every kind we have tried we have truly enjoyed. He now prefers to have an insurer as opposed to other desserts even when we no longer need to supplement. I keep these on hand by the case. We have completely cut out milkshakes and a whole lot of other desserts. And to be frankly honest I too love these and prefer them for a snack or dessert. Kudos to you folks there at Ensure. You truly have to and the happiest consumers who would love to shout it from the mountaintops and tell anybody we can just what a truly great tasting product you folks have. Would love to recommend this to anyone and everyone I cannot recommend it enough get out there and get some you will not be disappointed, and that is a mother's guarantee!! I only have you folks saved us many times nutritionally to keep him out of the hospital but now we just truly enjoy the phenomenally tasting product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the strawberry Ensure, although other flavors are good too, but I just love the strawberry. It is great to take for the vitamins in it. Also, when I am hungry, but have a lot to do, or someplace to go, I take one drink quick and it is filling, so I don't have to take time to fix a sandwich or something. Great for in-between snack.
