I love these when it's hot outside. Put them in the freezer, and then take one out and let it thaw out some. If you have a baby spoon or a metal straw, you can stir it up, if not you can shake it. Get a wide plastic straw, or a plastic baby spoon, and it's makes a great milkshake. Full of vitamins and, if you need to put on a few lbs, it's good for that too.
But not too many.

Great for nutrition %26 weight gain based on the amount of calories. Just be careful with the amount consumed because too much weight could be gained very quickly causing  health issues such as pre- diabetes based on the amount of calories that developed in my system  in a short period of time. This was easy to correct however by consuming a bottle every other day as opposed to  1 bottle per day in addition to  the meals that I  eat every day and learning that my diagnosis had to do with calories in my system but not sugar, which wasn't a major concern based on what my Dr. said. Plus 2 out of  5  American adults  are considered to be pre-diabetic based on Google and other A.I. search engines.  Many don't even know that they are considered to be pre-diabetic.

Manage The Amount You Consume

After my cancer scares last year I started drinking these %26 got my weight back up within 30 days. They taste good, are cheaper than the other brands. Highly recommend.

My doctor actually prescribed and recommended for me to drink because I have malabsorption issues. I recommend the vanilla out of all flavors because it's tolerable. Insurance doesn't cover so I pay out of pocket so it can get expensive. The price is high for the brand so sometimes I get the generic. I'm supposed to drink 3 a day but I can only afford once a day. So either way it's recommended for anyone who needs extra nutrition or has digestive issues.

If you’re tired of making your own breakfast shakes, which can be quite tiresome ensure will make life easier for you in the morning or actually anytime of day.
Everyone’s different and their needs are different in the morning . for years I never ate breakfast. My mother thought I did, but I didn’t.. then I discovered the different protein shakes that you could make yourself in a blender. Well, who has that much time in the morning . ensure gives you everything that you need to start your day. All you have to do is remove the cap and start enjoying a smooth taste with no aftertaste and no grit and they always taste the same.. 
they have a variety of flavors so you can pick and choose. I like mine to sit in the refrigerator so that when I open it, it’s nice and cold. That’s just me in the morning. Check out all the vitamins and nutrients since it’s easier to drink your vitamins in my opinion.  Just google ensure flavors they have quite a few and if they’re not on the shelf, ask the grocer if he can order it for you..

Breakfast made easy

i like the taste %26 benifit towards my health.  Im vegetarian %26 was fasting,  this protein drink helped me feel better w stable energy all day! i recommend it!

I was losing weight terribly, and after being suggested by my doctor, I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad that I did. It’s not replacing a meal, but giving me the incentive that I needed to eat. I’m so glad that I tried it. It will be on my shelves from now on.

Ensure

There is a significant difference between the texture of Ensure plus and Ensure original.  Ensure original has a smoother texture and tastes lile vanilla milk but Ensure plus has a slightly...uh... oily, slime? Ensure plus isnt bad but the Ensure original is much better.  The only downside,  is that it doesnt have 300  calories like Ensure plus.

All of the variants taste oddly similar, even though they are wildly different flavors.  The tase is overall good, probably because of the sugar level (10g in 8oz... geez), but don't expect huge differences from one flavor to the next.  That said, the vanilla is identifiably vanilla, which is good.  

The main gripe I have on all the Ensure products is the price.  $2-$3 for a small 8oz drink is a bit much.  This is certainly not a meal replacement, and if you try to drink this as your only sustenance, you'll definitely be very hungry all the time.  At 220 calories, this barely qualifies as a snack... and a fairly expensive one at that.  If you have the mindset that this is a sugary treat to go with a meal, it's fine.  If you think it IS a meal... think again.  

I currently use it occasionally as a kind of multivitamin replacement, but make no mistake, this is NOT "healthy" by any definition.  Think of it more like vitamin fortified ice cream.

It's pretty good, but man these are expensive

My son drank this growing up, but now it has sucralose added and he cannot drink it. He went for years without drinking it and lost weight and started again, but they made him sick.
