These are SO good, but sadly don't agree with my stomach, but it's my stomach that's the problem and not the prou can also just try to make your own version of lear, but that takes actually having to do something. In the long run, it's less expensive to do it that way though. I tried it once and I got an almost perfect match on taste for one flavor of Clear. If you don't like doing stuff, including washing dishes, or maybe you just want to save time for other things, get Ensure or Ensure Clear if for even nothing else other than taste.

Great for nutrition %26 weight gain based on the amount of calories. Just be careful with the amount consumed because too much weight could be gained very quickly causing health issues such as pre- diabetes based on the amount of calories that developed in my system in a short period of time. This was easy to correct however by consuming a bottle every other day as opposed to 1 bottle per day in addition to the meals that I eat every day and learning that my diagnosis had to do with calories in my system but not sugar, which wasn't a major concern based on what my Dr. said. Plus 2 out of 5 American adults are considered to be pre-diabetic based on Google and other A.I. search engines. Many don't even know that they are considered to be pre-diabetic.

I love these when it's hot outside. Put them in the freezer, and then take one out and let it thaw out some. If you have a baby spoon or a metal straw, you can stir it up, if not you can shake it. Get a wide plastic straw, or a plastic baby spoon, and it's makes a great milkshake. Full of vitamins and, if you need to put on a few lbs, it's good for that too. But not too many. You would need Ensure Plus. Learned all this when I was in the hospital for over 2 months.

I've used Ensure for years, for myself. Now i buy it for my mom who is in an assisted living facility. She doesn't eat as much as before, but with Ensure I know she's still getting the nutrients needed. We love the taste.

If you’re tired of making your own breakfast shakes, which can be quite tiresome ensure will make life easier for you in the morning or actually anytime of day. Everyone’s different and their needs are different in the morning . for years I never ate breakfast. My mother thought I did, but I didn’t.. then I discovered the different protein shakes that you could make yourself in a blender. Well, who has that much time in the morning . ensure gives you everything that you need to start your day. All you have to do is remove the cap and start enjoying a smooth taste with no aftertaste and no grit and they always taste the same.. they have a variety of flavors so you can pick and choose. I like mine to sit in the refrigerator so that when I open it, it’s nice and cold. That’s just me in the morning. Check out all the vitamins and nutrients since it’s easier to drink your vitamins in my opinion. Just google ensure flavors they have quite a few and if they’re not on the shelf, ask the grocer if he can order it for you..

I only bought this because it was a bit less $ than the plus which is higher protein and calories and tastes better. My doctor prescribed it to me but because my prescription ran out, I had to buy out of pocket and I have to drink 3x a day but I cut it to once a day or none a day. I like all the nutrients and vitamins. It just cost way too much for me.

All of the variants taste oddly similar, even though they are wildly different flavors. The tase is overall good, probably because of the sugar level (10g in 8oz... geez), but don't expect huge differences from one flavor to the next. That said, the vanilla is identifiably vanilla, which is good. The main gripe I have on all the Ensure products is the price. $2-$3 for a small 8oz drink is a bit much. This is certainly not a meal replacement, and if you try to drink this as your only sustenance, you'll definitely be very hungry all the time. At 220 calories, this barely qualifies as a snack... and a fairly expensive one at that. If you have the mindset that this is a sugary treat to go with a meal, it's fine. If you think it IS a meal... think again. I currently use it occasionally as a kind of multivitamin replacement, but make no mistake, this is NOT "healthy" by any definition. Think of it more like vitamin fortified ice cream.

I have always use generic nutritional drink such as Great Value brand purchase by a Family member and other name brand product, however, this 1 is absolutely horrible. My experience. Warm or cold, once you drink it, you will taste the vanilla flavor and then follow by an immediate body shake. Even tasting it for a few sips, the taste of a bland taste continuous to remain present, and the smell. Now Great Value brand doesn't have that bland taste, just like drink a typical Starbucks flavor coffee drink. For the price, now way for $9.72 , should be equivalent to the Great Value price. Would I recommend it, NOPE. However, it's your choice. For me, nope. I'll stick to the Great Value brand.

I've been ordering butter pecan, not just original. I would like to find out how to get the butter pecan instead of having it replaced by original because I was never asked to replace it. The drivers are great, but I don't think they're understanding the difference in flavors because this is my second order not to get butter pecan ensure drinks

WallMart appears to advertise lots of 3 packs of 24 bottles OF THEIR ENSURE DRINK AND THEN OVERRIDES "NO SUBSITUTIONS" AND REPLACES THE 3RD PACK WITH A 16 BOTTLE PACK FOR ThE SAME PRICE AS THE 24 PACK - go figure!!!
