My doctor actually prescribed and recommended for me to drink because I have malabsorption issues. I recommend the vanilla out of all flavors because it's tolerable. Insurance doesn't cover so I pay out of pocket so it can get expensive. The price is high for the brand so sometimes I get the generic. I'm supposed to drink 3 a day but I can only afford once a day. So either way it's recommended for anyone who needs extra nutrition or has digestive issues.

I have to admit that I get ensure for my father but I will sneak and drink one and I was very surprised at how good it is! My dad puts it in his cereal which I was very pleased with. So I tried butter pecan and it was very good! I had to stop drinking it so much! A cold one on a hot day wow! But I keep it stocked just for him!

it has a lot of things that will benefit your system. it does have iron in it which is what I need. so make sure you know if you need iron or not. it's a little sweet which is good for me again everybody has their own preference. so but it works for me and that's what matters... see if it works for you

There is a significant difference between the texture of Ensure plus and Ensure original. Ensure original has a smoother texture and tastes lile vanilla milk but Ensure plus has a slightly...uh... oily, slime? Ensure plus isnt bad but the Ensure original is much better. The only downside, is that it doesnt have 300 calories like Ensure plus.

Too difficult to unscrew the top with arthritis and weakness in hands. It's devious if somebody happens to be here to open it. Some other (more expensive ) flavors have easy tops .

After my cancer scares last year I started drinking these %26 got my weight back up within 30 days. They taste good, are cheaper than the other brands. Highly recommend.

My son drank this growing up, but now it has sucralose added and he cannot drink it. He went for years without drinking it and lost weight and started again, but they made him sick.

I've been using this product for years. I still like it, but I used to buy the 24 pack at Sam's for a little over $22 dlls. I'm seriously thinking that I'll have to live without it.

Same as other previous Ensure comment. Ensure is for everyone who strays from their dietary needs or too busy to eat, until LATER.

The product tastes great. I got 3 flavors (vanilla, chocolate and strawberry) , and they are all very good.
