[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has Ensure every day with his breakfast. Frequently I make him an Ensure milk shake for lunch. I feel he at least gets some good nutrition from Ensure since his appetite isn't very good. He never turns down the milk shake!

Since I started drinking Ensure in the morning, mixed in the blender with a banana and other fruit that is in season, I realize that I feel much better and am ready for the day. I am a senior and it is really a pain to fix every meal for myself, but Ensure seems to make my system work better, and I truly feel better. Just an added note: My 18 year old Grandson always drinks an Ensure from my refrigerator when he comes to visit.

just had hand/elbow surgery. I was without an appetite for 5 days. I lived on Ensure, 18 to be exact. Kept me balanced, full and my digestive system going. In my normal everyday life, I am a very active healthy dog trainer. I also run dog agility. You will always find an Ensure in my car, training bag or kennel. Fast meal, when you are hungry and no time to eat, OR you don't want weighted products in your digestive system. Love ENSURE!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I realized I was addicted to Ensure shortly after I turned 55 and I tried my first Ensure product! It was love at first taste! The added health benefit of vitamins and minerals was a plus, but the flavor of the dark chocolate was delicious. My wife accused me of being addicted because I started shopping for Ensure every time we traveled and usually carry a 6 pack for my once a day habit! Well that was many years ago and the Original dark chocolate is still my favorite, but I have tried nearly all of them. Sadly, dark chocolate is only offered in 2 lines (Original and the high calorie), but the Mocha in the high protein line is tasting better each time I try it and practically no calories!

I found the Ensure provided the nutrition I needed without upsetting my stomach. As a bonus, I found that I had more energy as well. As my family saw the benefits of your product, they too started drinking Ensure on days that they needed that extra lift. I still drink Ensure daily and often have to share with the family now!
