I use at least one 8 oz every day and I usually make a daily smoothie. Just add a small amount of fruit and they come out great, n matter flavor You use.

All the flavors of the original are very tasty,but my favorite is the strawberry!ensure has the best tasting products it does not taste horrible like other vitamin supplements,if you are looking for a great tasting product that makes you feel good i would highly recommend!

Today at age 88 I spent the day outside weedy, and transplanting my Peace lily that out grew its container. Had my dinner, showered and went to church.
