If I do any physical work or sporting activity during the day I usually drink another bottle. This keeps me going until dinner. Instead of eating unhealthy snacks at night I may drink another bottle. It is very satisfying.

All flavors were tasty, although Banana-Nut. Is abit artificial in flavor. After a few days taking Ensure you become energized by this drink. Love it !
