Both used to eating Cuban food now at a nursing home they don’t like the food and it’s good. I have taested. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am going to say that I have been put on a puree diet and I love the ensures that I drink and there is nothing close to the taste of the ensures supplement drinks and my favorite is the Strawberry but I love all 3 drinks and continue to use them for my diet, since my digestive system is not working properly and I am being maintenance for my liver issue. I am on a fixed income and the price for the drinks are expensive for me with my co-pays for medicine and other things that come along with the expenses of living I have a hard time getting to be able to have the drinks on a daily basis and I would love to be able to afford them to use for my diet everyday.

Not only does it taste good, but I get the additional “healthy boost” along with it. Maybe next I will try it in my oatmeal.

It was later recommended to me when I was going through chemotherapy. I was able to say I was already drinking it every morning. I have been taking it for years as a helpful supplement to nutrition.

In the morning I use 1/2 of a bottle on my cereal and drink the other 1/2 as a morning snack. Mid Afternoon I have another as a snack. I fully believe this is how I regained my strength and stamina after my stroke 4 years ago.

I have tried most of the flavors and find that vanilla suits me best. The chocolate(s) are also in my refrigerator for variety and my husband takes one of those now and then. Overall I can say that Ensure surely starts my day on the right key.
