Since Ensure is a name that has been around and is a name brand I bought it to drink along with the Max Protein. The taste is great and I knew that I was getting all my vitamins,minerals and Protein I needed. It kept me feeling full and I knew it would be good for me until I could eat solid food again. The Ensure was a life saver for me. It was the only thing that tasted good and was soothing for my sore mouth. As I recovered, I continued to drink the Ensure. Gradually I was able to introduce food into my diet, but I continue to drink the Ensure for extra nutrition and calories.
