I absolutely love different Flavors n try keeping milk chocolate, strawberry and vanilla in my pantry to have different variety everyday n not get tired of one.

I have recovered and regained the lost weight. At 88 years of age, I am able to garden, maintain my lawn and many other chores. I still drink one several times each week after doing the above chores. While I stayed with her for 4 days, the staff would bring me a hospital tray, and they would bring my mom an ensure, which I thought was kind of sad at the time. but after I tried one I realized that dang these things are good. So I bought several packs of them and I drink them now when I don't have much of an appetite.
