[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been drinking Ensure for approximately one year now. I love the taste of the vanilla Ensure and it is so smooth and creamy. I am a two time cancer survivor and also have osteoarthritis. I feel great, however, and do believe that drinking Ensure has contributed to my overall well-being.

Now, been drinking it to give me energy and gain weight. Although I see that I should be drinking the Ensure Plus, which hope to purchase soon!! Have tried the flavors of vanilla; chocolate and strawberry- but my favorite is the vanilla, even though I'm a chocolate fan. I recommend Ensure to those that need the extra nutrients mainly the protein!!

When you can't get the protein you need this is a great product! It helps you health wise. The taste is good especially if you like chocolate. My favorite is Vanilla but they always had to have mild chocolate. I would recommend this to everyone for the protein it gives you. I think all the flavors are good, but if you're craving chocolate this is the best to use.

Some of the medications upset my stomach and the thought of food make my nausea. Drinking Ensure gave me some of the vitamins, minerals, calories and proteins my body need while recovering. Now I still drinking Ensure because the taste is great and also is gluten free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this since 1983 after having a brain tumor at the age of 23; although the tumor was benign it was in a malignant area and removal caused several nerve damages - mainly not being able to swallow without choking. I began using this product then and continue to use it every day since to ensure I receive the nutrients my body needs.

I was too far to visit my grandmother and she recently had surgery and was told to drink ensure. I ordered this online and it shipped so fast. She was so excited and it was great that she didn't have to figure out how to run out and grab it from a store. Online shopping was so easy and this product was perfect. So glad it was available! It was one of the only things she was allowed to drink, so I felt that I didn't want her to feel alone so my mother would ask one of the nurses if they can sneak me a drink as well just so we can bond. Ever since then it's something I try to keep as in rememberance of her really close to me. Plus this is something that allows me to live a healthier live with all of the amazing ingredients in the shake.
