When I got home I went online to investigate what Ensure actually had in it. Then I ordered some to help me get more nutrients that I needed to be sure I would not get weak or sick. Ensure is still part of my daily nutritional intake.

It is excellent if for some reason your diet is restricted or there is an eating problem. It can easily take the place of a meal or simply act as a supplement.
