I have a long standing diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis , and have had issues with weight. It tastes great and and has made a difference in my overall health.

Ensure Original tastes the best, especially over ice. For medical purpose on a high protein diet, these are great to take anywhere with you. It gives me a little more energy. A lot of vitamins and minerals the body needs. Lactose and Gluten tolerable, I know!

I found myself skipping meals because I was too busy tending to the needs of my children and cooking their meals. The fact that I have celiacs disease means that often times I am forced to cook two meals, one for my family and one for myself and ultimately I suffered. However, since adding ensure into my diet I find myself with more energy and feeling better even when I do skip a meal.

I like it because it packs well in lunchs, it freezes so well and will defrost in its bottle and you just have toshake it well and it is a delicious tasting treat for me when I'm craving chocolate and I'm on a restricted diet and fluid intake so it covers all the protein low in sugar and salt. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unexpected non-ambulatory stay in a rehab facility recently. Diabetic - fifteen hours between dinner and breakfast, resulting in severe nausea. (given anti-nausea pills) Losing a pound a day. No family to intervene. Got friends to smuggle Ensure. Finally escaped "against medical advice", lost 25 pounds. Butter Pecan, Coffee Latte and now Banana Nut - thankfully, a choice other than Vanilla, Strawberry or Chocolate. Ensure always in my refrigerator now, have at least one every day.

My dad also took it during his chemo treatments i highly recommend this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband drinks one of these every night. he loves the Strawberry. what we do is put it in the freezer about 3 hours before he wants to drink it and it comes out frozen, he then wraps a paper towel around it for about 15-30 minutes and when he is ready he shakes the product and it gets real slushy and he loves it.

I just bought the banana nut flavor and the new Max brand for him. It gives me peace of mind that it keeps him full when he doesn't have time for a meal right away.
