Great for those times when sitting down to eat a meal isn’t possible. Usually have one for lunch or whenever I need a pick me up during the day. Recommend it to many people, especially older people who don’t often get the necessary protein and nutrients they need. Have tried many different flavors but still partial to the dark chocolate!

May you ask.Well, I'm the type of person, who does not have patience and if you are like that you should try this drink you do not even have to wait that long.In just weeks you can see results.In my opinion I couldn't believe my eyes.One taste and I knew this is the one.So overall,if you are not patient , looking for a protein drink that works I suggest you switch to Ensure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had knee replacement surgery for the 2nd time in 2 years. I knew I was going to need extra help with my dietary intake. I drank 1 ensure a day 1 month before surgery to make sure I was getting needed vitamins and nitrients to help me through surgery. After surgery when I was on a multiple regime of pain meds, I couldn’t eat, no appetite, lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks. So I started again drinking 1 ensure a day. It was such a great help! I felt better knowing I at least had something to help me. I am so grateful for Ensure! I will always return to drinking Ensure every time I feel I need an extra lift in my vitamin intake! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take care of my live in mom, she is 81 with dementia and alzheimer's. Ensure helps to fill her up, give her protein and help her stay healthy. At 82 pounds she need all the nutrition she can get. She still eats tiny meals, and snacks, but ensure makes me feel better knowing shes getting essentials her body needs. She loves it with ice cream as a milkshake too!!! Even her adult day care facility uses Ensure!!!!

I looked in the store recently and did not find it one the shelf with the other similar products was disapointed. Will need to search more.
