It adds a creamy sweet quality to my coffee that cools it down so it is easy to drink on my busy morning rounds.

Since it is hard for him to process regular food, a shake like Ensure is extremely helpful for a cancer patient. Not only does nursing make me thirsty but it burns a lot of calories and depletes my vitamin and nutrient supply. Having Ensure by the bed at night is a quick and easy way to replenish while I feed my little one!

I just started the Ensure original about a week or so ago. I was diagnosed with being borderline anemia. My energy levels are better . I would usually not have bowel movements until about 1 and half weeks. Thankful to Ensure, I am having regular bowel movements everyday if not every other day. Constipation is not an issue. I am looking forward to using this product more each day.
