I have had numerous health problems over the past decade. I believe Ensure has. helped me overcome each one. All the vitamins, protein, other Ingredients, and of course great taste kept my strength up and allowed me to recuperate. Sincerely recommend Ensure!

I developed a "taste" for it -- I now have it as a meal replacement occasionally and very frequently as a "snack." I have low blood sugar and an Ensure gives me the nutrition without having to eat a whole meal.

I have tried most of the flavors and find that vanilla suits me best. The chocolate(s) are also in my refrigerator for variety and my husband takes one of those now and then. I have not been able to eat for months and they were trying to find out why. Now I hope they can fix it but won't know till I hill from the preferation. It fills me until noon, provides me with the essential nutrients and is also by my bedside table in case I wake up hungry in the night. I have had Insure since its coming on the market and can't endorse anything better.

He often forgets to eat or doesn't want to eat and mealtimes had become a constant struggle that frustrated both him and me. However, he is always willing to drink an Ensure. I have also warmed it slightly and told him that it was "coffee" and he takes it with a smile. Lately he has had difficulty swallowing and aspirates when he does. The physician instructed us to thicken his drinks but he does not like the texture or taste of the thickener. Fortunately Ensure is that perfect thickness (just a bit more than water) that allows him to swallow safely. Ensure provides the nutrients and vitamins that he needs to keep his body healthy and as active as possible. Truly, Ensure is a lifesaver!
