[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hadn’t had much of an appetite an had to be hospitalized and at that point the Doctor added Ensure to my meals ....of course I didn’t want to even try it because I thought this is for old people and not a 48 year old woman like myself but as it turned out I drank one and it had such a great taste and didn’t taste like medication that I really enjoyed drinking the milk chocolate Ensure.... since I have been home I have continued to drink Ensure....

Unfortunately, i got terribly sick after one shake, it rather triggered my migraine attack and the end was not very comfortable at all. Its amazing at growing muscle but those migraine headache sufferers out there, its too dangerous perhaps due to the artificial sweetener thats a trigger if not for that id be on this ensure everyday

For the most part it is a great between meal snack and/or a meal substitute completely. My biggest complaint is that it would seem that this flavor is being phased out - I am not able to locate in local stores and I am being told these stores cannot order it.

I love the taste, and the way it makes me feel. I much prefer Ensure to vitamin pills, which are often hard to swallow. I am convinced that it is the best way for me to get the vitamins and minerals I need, and my doctor agrees. It is a great product, and I recommend it to everyone. I love the vanilla flavor, but strawberry and chocolate are also good. I have been very pleased with this product and will continue to use it in the future.

I highly recommend it. I started drinking it in the hospital after serious surgery. Nurses brought me one or two everyday to supplement my meals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My parents are using Ensure a very long time as their doctors recommend. I am buying Ensure for my husband and myself to make coffee every day. It makes delicious coffee. My only concern is sugar % is too high.

One Ensure and some fruit and I'm ready for the rest of my day. On days when I can get away for an hour lunch, I sometimes just have an Ensure for breakfast.
