I’ve recently have been feeling anxious and not been in the mood to eat due to stress. Everything I looked at was gross and I could barley swallow anything. I wish it had more grams of protein and that it was less expensive. I usually pop it in the freezer for about 15 minutes, add a few ice cubes and pop it in my blender prior to drinking. That makes it thicker and more like a milkshake consistancy. Looking forward to trying the max protein.
