I absolutely love Ensure, the taste and health benefits. I am 23 years old, and I drink it daily. I am very active (Firefighter) and I have a very fast metabolism. Hes the one who drank it while in the hospital. I found out my older brother drinks it also. He has stage 4 colon cancer. My mother said she would drink it but its too expensive

My son was in car accident and this drink kept him healthy as he healed. I drink it to keep vitamins in my system. I know that elderly population depend on this drink as a staple to their nutrition (as I worked in retirement home) Every age can benefit from this drink. It tastes so much better than cheaper versions.
