The vitamins and minerals help her get what she needs without extra fillers. Since her colon surgery she is to eat very small meals several times a day. I have insomnia and I started taking a small cooler with me to bed with 6 simi frozen Ensure. At that time I really didn't like the consistency of those kind of drinks. When I started doing this I weighed about 150lbs and just drinking Ensure it took me back up to 180lbs my family and friends thought I had started eating well and I told them and they couldn't believe it.
