[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A year ago, when I first started drinking Ensure, I was very reluctant . However, I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and , in fact, now I love it. It's awesome that something that tastes so good, is also so good for you. I drink Ensure plain and also make smoothies with it ; sometimes I mix two flavors (dark chocolate with vanilla or strawberry, for variety). I'm not a fan of swallowing pills, and love drinking my vitamins and protein in Ensure!

I just started the Ensure original about a week or so ago. I was diagnosed with being borderline anemia. My energy levels are better . I would usually not have bowel movements until about 1 and half weeks. Thankful to Ensure, I am having regular bowel movements everyday if not every other day. Constipation is not an issue. I am looking forward to using this product more each day.

I worked in the nursing profession nights 10 hour shifts and spent many a night not being able at times to enjoy our night dinner break. I started drinking Ensure and found that I had more energy. I love the fact there so many different options to choose from. I am going to try the High Protein next. Ty Ensure ✌️

I felt like I was drinking crushed up chalk that's had water added to it with the other brands. With Ensure, I can honestly say that I've been pleasantly surprised and have found none of that to be true. That is DEFINITELY NOT the case with Ensure. I was skeptical at first to try, but glad I did. I enjoy a bottle every morning with breakfast or on my drive doing errands. I prefer the milk chocolate, but I have tried Strawberry and enjoy that flavor as will. None of the chalky taste or terrible after taste like you have with other brands. I would highly recommend Ensure to anyone and everyone as a great part of a healthy diet. One more side note. I don't often give high marks on reviews of products, unless I truly believe they are well deserved. I get them out lightly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has worked greatly for my dad. He has kidney failure and is now on dialysis . He takes this product daily about 3 a day . It helps keep his protein level up with the dialysis . It’s just very expensive. I would like to get him free ensure as he is 72 years old and doesn’t have enough money to drink this product as much as he should. He expresses that milk chocolate is his favorite ! Hopefully I can win this for him as it will help his protein levels to try and keep him healthy . Since he was diagnosed with kidney failure and is on dialysis 3 times a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a mainstay in my diet for several years and is an excellent way to increase my calories and vitamins. I am 89 and have Parkinson's and have little appetite, but this always tastes good and is easy for me to drink.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic (49 yrs young) and was also placed on a strict diet due to a slightly fatty liver from prior poor meal choices in my life; I have found this to be a great tasting meal replacement item (for myself) as I love the Chocolate, Dark Chocolate and Strawberry. For myself, this helped immensely with my digestive system.

The other flavors are great tasting and provide my aging body with healthful benefits I might not otherwise get in my diet.
