I lost my taste for foods and lost over 15 pounds. Being able to drink Ensure helped me to stay healthy and eventually I regained some of the weight. I drink an Ensure every morning with my vitamins. It keeps me energized until mid afternoon. Then I have a healthy lunch. Sometimes I will have an Ensure at night to ward off excessive eating and snacking. I have tried other supplements but they have a chalky taste, so I went back to Ensure.
