Gave me the calorie intake I was missing out on and tasted great! Very smooth taste and not gritty like some other shake meal replacement products on the market.

The chocolate flavor is really rich and smooth and helps to satiate my cravings for sweets. Plus it has protein and lots of vitamins. She don't have an appetite, and lost weight. She is down to about 85 pounds. So, since she don't have an appetite much drinking Ensure helps putting at least something in her body. Her brother, which has a feeding tube, Ensure is the only meal he gets. St. Elizabeth Hospital,in Edgewood, is wonderful for introducing Ensure to their patients, and gives it to them while in hospital. I don't have the time to fix something so I know that I will get a nutritious "meal." One bottle does the trick, I feel full and I don't want to snack later. That's important to me. I don't want to gain unwanted pounds. I particularly like the chocolate, but they are all delicious. Right now, I have chocolate and strawberry in my refrigerator. I just reach in - Grab & Go. I suppose I'm too rushed to make a decision but I know Ensure has my back!
