When I have a migraine and don't feel like eating, the strawberry ensure gives me what I need and tastes great too. On days where I'm very busy and want to skip a meal, I have my strawberry ensure on ice.

I'm a long distance runner, and need to add healthy, beneficial calories and nutrients to my diet when I increase my mileage. Ensure has allowed me to do that. My favorite thing to do is simply drink the shake as is, but I've used the website to find and try out recipes with Ensure as the main ingredient.

When I was in the hospital for a week after I had my baby, ensure was pretty much the only thing I would eat/drink. The dr said it’s so good for me and to continue drinking it when I got home. Of the many brands out there, no one beats Ensure. It has a nice smooth taste without a weird after taste that many other brands have. It's so delicious, I have to fight my husband and my 9-year old for it!

But getting her to sip on an ensure and perhaps have a banana or small muffin is easy to do delicious, filling and good for her. It worth every penny we pay for it to ensure mom's health and well being.

When I'm really not hungry, or I'm really busy and not eating, and getting in the nutrients, vitamins, and daily serving of protein, I keep several packs in my pantry and another in my fridge! The Butter Pecan nice and cold is like a drinkable dessert! I can't wait to get my hands on the Banana Nut flavor!! The only complaint I have is that the Butter Pecan, as well as the Banana Nut, are difficult to find:( Come on suppliers get these flavors in more of our "go to" stores; it'll benefit us both;)
