It taste great and it fills me up with what I need to start the day. I drink one every morning. I've also tried the Vanilla and the Strawberry. I enjoy all of them.

When I left they had recommended Ensure for me. Ever since then I have been drinking Ensure. I love the taste and its good for me. Its a great way for me to get the extra protein and calories I need without feeling guilty about it.

We buy them every time we do our grocery shopping! After my Grandma's surgery, she couldn't eat food at all. The only thing she could keep down at all Ensure. In fact, now she refuses to drink any other nutrition shakes now! ONLY Ensure! I myself spent weeks drinking Ensure after I was diagnosed with Renal Failure. It was impossible for me to keep anything down but Ensure. Our family has tried every other nutrition shake on the market and they can not even begin to compare in taste, consistency and over all quality. Most other nutrition shakes leave the after taste of the vitamins etc Ensure is decadent, indulgent and tastes just like a real shake SHOULD! Please don't change a thing! Ensure has the perfect balance of nutrition and taste without the metallic vitamin like after taste that lurks in other brands. The thick rich texture and consistency is second to none! I had been eating my vegetables, fruit and proteins as I have always done including taking my vitamins, but he felt I needed more help. He proceeded to hand me a six pack of Ensure from his office and told me to drink one per day and that it would help me to feel better. To me that was a tall order for a little bottle to accomplish, but within three days I felt the difference in my energy level. What a great product and I am still using it to this day.

While waiting for my new liver I asked my doctor how I could help myself. He replied nutrition, nutrition, nutrition! He ordered Ensure original for me. Ensure is a staple at her house and has become a major supplement when she doesn't want a full meal. Miraculously she is able to live at home alone, still drives her car, and does her own housework. I'm sure that her daily supplement of Vanilla Ensure has been a major factor in her being able to maintain her activities of daily living.
