I drank 1 ensure a day 1 month before surgery to make sure I was getting needed vitamins and nitrients to help me through surgery. After surgery when I was on a multiple regime of pain meds, I couldn’t eat, no appetite, lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks. So I started again drinking 1 ensure a day. It was such a great help! I felt better knowing I at least had something to help me. I am so grateful for Ensure! I will always return to drinking Ensure every time I feel I need an extra lift in my vitamin intake! This product, especially vanilla, is delicious and certainly helps with maintaining fluid, hydration and receiving enough protein for me and my love ones. After eating my small meal I am ready for my Milk Chocolate Slush. Of course you need a big straw. It is simply delicious!
