I don’t always have time to sit down and enjoy breakfast or lunch so I’ll drink Ensure instead and it is a good replacement for meals. The taste is great and it’s gives you a feeling of fullness that you would get from a snack or meal. I would recommend to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried Chocolate and Vanilla. Then, I finally tried Strawberry. Vanilla and Strawberry are tops (with Banana Nut rising) with Strawberry slightly edging out Vanilla. It has that little extra flavor that teases and pleases the palate. I recommend all of the flavors but highly recommend Strawberry for the original. Ensure is unbeatable. Others have tried but none can top it.

Both used to eating Cuban food now at a nursing home they don’t like the food and it’s good. I have taested. This product, especially vanilla, is delicious and certainly helps with maintaining fluid, hydration and receiving enough protein for me and my love ones. My elderly relatives always makes certain to have Ensure part of their daily intake because of the benefits and the easy digestion, absorption and metabolizing it is for the body.

I started drinking ensure the original in all three flavored. Ensure has allowed me to live a very productive active life and I am again gaining weight. Of course chocolate is my favorite and with all the vitamins and protein l need I am useing two or more a day.

I used to be able to eat anything I wanted, however due to complications from cancer treatments it’s hard to,eat. I drink Boost to make up for nutrition I miss from lack of food. It also has a great flavor and it fills me up and I do not feel hungry.
