Sometimes she just is not into chewing a lot of food so I pop open and ensure and I know she's getting the vitamins minerals and calories she needs for that part of the day. I also give it to her in the evening as a snack to ensure proper nutrition

They are so delicious and nutritional. I have a hard time maintaining weight sometimes and these help me feel healthy and energized. When taking this product glucose levels tend to rise due to sugar content. Thus with the lack of flavors available and reducing sugar intake don't use this product as often as I would like.

My mom was drinking ensure and told be to drink one a day. She said it should make me feel a little better. Yeap my mom was right like always. Started feeling better not so worn out. Took about 2 weeks but l am feeling much better.

Removing my parathyroid controls the blood calcium level. I have used this product in my daily cooking recipes instead of milk. Such as light dressing on salads, puddings, creams, etc. I have learned I can reduce sugar by using Ensure in my cooking as well. Great product!
